The worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed! The staff can’t understand English, the room are so dirty, facilities are really bad and old. Not worth the price and never come back.

The location is great! It’s basically not far away from the center nor the beach. The staff were really nice and helpful, our only issue was that the noise of the other room next door was quite near, as if we were in the same room, but as soon as we told them the our issue the next night everything was good and quiet. We stayed for 3 nights and our rooms were not cleaned once. Even though we kept putting the card out and even once we asked one of the cleaning staff to clean it, but when we came back at night it wasn’t cleaned. Overall the hotel was really good.

Great hotel for a one night stay, I came here after a late flight. The personnel is very nice and friendly. Breakfast options are very good too. The only confusing thing was the parking, but again, hotel staff helped figure it out

Good hotel in a great location if you want to be near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, if you wish to be near the old town its not so good. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the metro but there are bus stops nearby, if you wish to explore other parts of the city. The hotel itself is located next to a shopping centre, one of the hotel exits leads directly into the shopping centre, it has quite a few restaurants there as well as shops. The rooms are fairly spacious, the bathrooms are quite nice, although i didnt like the sliding door, I would much prefer a normal shutting door. Breakfast wasnt the best , the "hot" food was always luke warm at best. While there was quite a selection of food to chose from, it was mostly quite basic and nothing exciting. Bizarrely they played music in the corridors, which you could hear from your room, maybe its just me but I thought it was a bit strange. Ultimately a nice hotel, nothing amazing

The hotel is close to attractions and shopping mall. There is a taxi stand close by. It's easy to go to places.

The hotel is too focus on sustainability, there is no kettle, coffee or tea provided.

For the price, this is an outstanding place to stay in Valencia. Breakfast was included, the views over the Science Museum and Turia Gardens were a real highlight, and on-site parking was effortless—even with a large SUV. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. Although the rooms are slightly dated, the high-quality materials create a comfortable, cosy atmosphere. With great views and excellent value, this is an easy recommendation for anyone visiting Valencia.

Good location and nice hotel.

This is the best hotel in Valencia, The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The large bathtub in the bathroom was exceptionally long. The service was warm and patient, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!
