This is my second time to Maldives Hotel service attitude is very poor 1) Poor arrangement of seaplane I was the last seaplane to arrive on the island, unfortunately I encountered a seaplane delay It was dark when we arrived at the island. 2) Downgrade Room I have booked a water massage room and paid in full! But when the last seaplane arrived at the island, the hotel said that the room I booked had been sold out and could not be provided to me, so I was arranged to stay in the most basic sand house. It was not until the next day that a water villa was available for me to stay in. It’s neither reasonable nor fair. In the end, I spent several hours arguing with the hotel, and the hotel manager also showed up before they were willing to refund the difference. It was originally intended to be a celebration of the anniversary, but the hotel's arrangements ruined the mood of the celebration  As it was already dark, the hotel staff said they would introduce the island facilities to me when I changed rooms the next day. The facilities were not introduced until the second day. I don't know what activities there are on the island. I don't even know the restaurant's opening hours. Very good. My daughter and I both think this is the best hotel on this trip. The price-performance ratio is also very high. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. The only downside is that there is a waiter in the restaurant who has been courteous and does not want tips, but asks us to buy him a hookah. After we refused, he went to buy it himself and signed our room. When we checked out, we found this matter and communicated with the hotel. The hotel will refund the money to us.

I hope Ctrip will pay attention to solving a small problem: why is the three-day all-inclusive package for hotels booked directly through Ctrip less free items than the four-day all-inclusive package booked through other agencies? The hotel explained that there are differences in services between the two all-inclusive packages.

It is a perfect resort hotel, the hotel is very new, the design concept is also very new, and all the facilities are very advanced. The food is also delicious with a good variety. I live in the water house in room 220, and their water house has a jacuzzi. I feel that the jacuzzi is more practical than the swimming pool. After swimming in the sea, you can take a hot bath directly, perfect! The included teppanyaki was unexpectedly good, in the form of interactive performances. The chef from the Philippines is skilled, serving about 6.7 guests at a table, and everyone is very happy... The relative disadvantage is that the Chinese service on the island is still a little less compared to the proportion of domestic guests. After all, it is a bit painful to use your own plastic English to deal with curry English every day... You can consider adding some Chinese menus or something. Generally speaking, it is a super nice hotel. My daughter almost cried when she left, and specially asked me to give them a 6-star review^_^

A stunning gest of the house! A wonderful meeting on a tuck-tuck brought to the hotel, helped with delivery of things. Got a coconut and gave a pleasant towel after a hot heat. The room was all for need, as well as a decorated bed of flowers. High-class euro repair, customized recreation area. Delicious kitchen and polite staff. I recommend to try Maldives and European, minimum prices. I express my gratitude to Siam and Anuf for their help and initiative, the guys are very hard trying to make your rest unforgettable. Anuf will tell you everything about the location of the island and give advice. Siya as a professional hotel owner always in touch if necessary. You will be met at first and carried to the end. This is the place to return. Recommended for visiting and rest . I haven't met this sincere and hearty relationship a long time ago. I'll definitely come back !

Location is killer - right near the beach with stunning views. 🌊 Staff were super friendly, always ready to help with local tips and recommendations. While facilities aren't ultra-luxe, they're perfectly functional with reliable Wi-Fi and a decent communal area. Not five-star opulence, but who needs that when you've got paradise outside? Great spot for adventurers wanting an authentic Maldivian experience without breaking the bank. 🌴 Recommended!
