We appreciate your feedback and would like to take this opportunity to address the concerns you raised:Villa Size: The 110 sqm size stated on our website refers to the total floor area of the villa, which includes the bedroom, pool area, terrace, and garden. We regret any misunderstanding and apologize if this was not clearly communicated during the reservation process.Room Cleaning: Our housekeeping team follows a strict protocol of cleaning rooms twice daily—once in the morning and again in the late afternoon. However, if the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign is activated, our Villa Attendants respect guest privacy and do not enter. Instead, they leave a note under the door indicating they were unable to service the room. If this was unintentional, we encourage guests to notify our reception team so we can arrange for cleaning promptly. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this during your stay, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.Your feedback is invaluable as we continually strive to enhance our services.
