I arrived about 10am and was met by Raakesh on the desk although it wasn't 11am I asked about early check-in Rankest said give us 20 minutes to check if was a room available 10 minutes later he informed there was a room available i paid the £15 and well happy Rankest was so polite ,courteous and very informative. Well done Raakesh !!

The hotel had great parking, free if you are staying in the hotel. The staff were excellent, and the go out of their way to ensure your stay is a memorable one. The bedroom were clean and comfortable. The food was great! Both breakfast and dinner. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Also close to the airport.

Terrible hotel, dirty rooms, stinky towel, clogged toilet, rude staff, never again. They made a mistake with my booking, no help at all to find solutions. Location is central in Uxbridge, but honestly the surrounding is awful. This is absolutely not recommended.

From the beginning staff were very helpful. Room was large and clean, so was the bathroom. Restaurant was accommodating with my wife's allergies and staff exceptional. Excellent base to visit London. Would definitely stay again

Good rooms, can get a bit loud from children in the room(s) above us, so if you are coming with a family, please be mindful about the noise you make with your feet. Restaurant staff are MAGNIFICENT. Never had better service at a Premier Inn (With a lack of staff too!). Breakfast better quality than others. Have come here many times and will continue to do so.

This wasn't supposed to happen, we were staying here before flying to USA, unfortunately I took ill suddenly and we were unable to fly. The staff were fantastic, Rakesh helped my husband sort out to stay another night and Ammeinah gave us a complimentary breakfast for the next morning. They were all so friendly and helpful asking if I was ok. We have booked or a months time hopefully this time will be more successful for us see you soon

Great room lots of space good value. I walked from central Uxbridge and none of the locals seemed to have heard of the place so long walk in the heat. We came back from eating out on Sunday evening local pubs all shut and hotel bar shut with no warning. Breakfast excellent although the used plates were not picked up and there was no obvious place to dump them Very strict on 3pm check--in..if the room is ready at 2 or 2.30 why not let weary travelers check-in?

Really good stay in Premier Inn…from start to finish an excellent stay. Rakesh is superb….very welcoming and on top of everything in the hotel….he’s a great asset to Premier Inn. He’s an excellent team leader and runs the hotel very well with a happy and well organised team. Rooms are all you could ask for….very clean,quiet and comfortable. Restaurant serves good,well cooked and priced food and is popular so worth booking if you decide to stay and eat here. Plenty of car parking spaces and EV charging points. It was a perfect choice for us for a meeting in Uxbridge.
