Premier Inn London Uxbridge

We were checked in by Raakesh who was very friendly and welcoming,however our experience in the restaurant was very disappointing. The service that we received was very poor along with a long wait time for food. We have been visiting this hotel for many years and it’s shame we no longer enjoy dining here.

We where well looked after.We had an important funeral to attend so time was crucial for in.I thank premier customer service for putting g an alert on my booking.And I cannot thank Raakesh who met us at the reception check-in , he was was so helpful and sorted out our early check-in , and was very helpful with our stay.They both did their job above and beyond. Thankyou for a stress free break.

Nice newer buidling. Clean and tidy. Free car park. Travelled up from out of town for my daughter's 18th birthday. Was met with a friendly greeting from the manager. We had lots of rooms booked and not all of them had early entry but the manager Raakesh let us in some rooms as we were on a time crunch to get to the party venue. exceptional service . Will remember it Thank you

Where do I even begin. For quite some time now, this Premier Inn has felt like home. What started as weekend escapes, it had now become a temporary residence for the past month for us and our baby boy while we are in the process of buying a property. The cleanliness is top notch and always has been. This is a place where we feel is at top hygiene, not just for us but for our baby too. The restaurant is fantastic, offering a good variety of choice at breakfast and dinner also and always cooked to perfection. The location is excellent, with just a short walk away to the main town centre and for the station for me to get to to work. Finally, the staff. How can I start to say that the guys that work here can quickly feel like family after a time. Nothing is ever too much trouble, we have had excellent conversations and great laughs. I must give a huge shout out especially to Raakesh, Candi, Franca and Leah who have had to accommodate us for some time and done this with a big smile and a helping hand every time. We all go our way to find a little magic spark in our daily life. We found ours the day we found our way here xx

Convenient hotel near Uxbridge friendly staff nice ambience and free parking. Room was clean warm and functional. Hotel is within easy reach of town centre. There is a bus stop just outside on main road. Lovely canal pub just across the road.

Fab stay the location, hotel staff and food were all 10 out of 10. The chef working on his own cooked all a fantastic dinner and lunch. The staff are so lovely friendly and welcoming. I can't thank everyone enough🙂 I would not hesitate to return and share an outstanding review as this is what we experienced.
