Hotel dengan Sarapan Pagi di Utsunomiya

Sheltered all the way from utsunomiya station.. even though it's right by train station, the room we had was extremely quiet. The decor and lightings abit dark. Coin laundry available. Overall,we appreciate the convenience of the location as it's surrounded by malls. We walked 6 mins to the car rental place to explore Nikko. There's also light rail station ( just a few stops to Bell Sakura onsen)

It is within walking distance of JR Utsunomiya Station, making it convenient for travel! Check-in and check-out are efficient and convenient. The room is a typical business style. Although it is not large, it is clean and sanitary with complete facilities.

Great location, clean room, and very friendly staff. Entrance to the hotel is a bit odd as there is one escalator that sometimes goes up and sometimes goes down, but aside from that it’s great! Would stay there again.

The space of the room will not be too crowded, the location is close to the station, the hotel provides salmon tea and rice at 8-9 in the evening, it is delicious, and it is very warm to drink a bowl on the early autumn evening.

The hotel is high-end and elegant, with the luxurious feel of a five-star hotel. I live on the sixth floor and open the window to see the outdoor scenery of Utsunomiya. The hotel’s buffet is also very characteristic. The disadvantage is that it is too far from the subway station, I walked for 20 minutes

It's conveniently located near Utsunomiya Station. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel, the amenities are great, and the rooms are clean, so I'd definitely use it again.

The service/room facilities are good. There are FamilyMart and 7-11 120 meters away from the hotel. Just a reminder, don’t trust the distance estimates on Google Maps. It’s a 12-minute walk from Utsunomiya Station (I couldn’t walk even if you gave me an hour). To QQ), take the bus for 4 stops, a 9-minute drive.

The location was great, right by the station. Check-in was fast and easy. They stored my luggage for the day and when I came back it was already taken to my room. COmfortable bed and blackout curtains. I had a corner room with two windows to different directions.

Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.

The location is good, the room is small and the breakfast is simple. I was a little disappointed with Ctrip. Ctrip wrote that you can check in at 14 o'clock. But when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel said that it would be 15 o'clock and the people in the hotel don't speak English very much.
