Ulasan Eye Hotel

Great location. Close to lots of shops and easy access to the bus services. Off a busy street but room was quiet. Nice sized room with all the basic things you will need. I didn't have the breakfast but it is available for purchase separately and looked quite nice. Overall a lovely stay and would consider it again in the future.

Wonderful, atmospheric hotel in a central location. Charming rooms, very friendly reception. We'll be happy to come back!

Early but homemade, relatively average, but the environment is very good and very close to the main attractions

In itself it was a great stay until my girlfriend took a shower in the morning. When I got out of bed I saw that the whole room was under water. As a result, many of our clothes were wet and what should have been a relaxing morning turned into a very stressful one. The employee who was working at the time helped us as far as he could. He says that there had been complaints for some time about water that drained badly, but this was the first time that it was so bad. When we went back to the street (unwashed and with half wet clothes on in the cold) the employee told us that we would be contacted regarding compensation. This compensation turned out to be a 10% discount on a subsequent visit. I paid 185 euros for a small room, as a student that is a lot of money for me. When I pay that much money I expect to at least wake up relaxed. Due to the facilities of the hotel that was not possible and the opposite became true. Then I would like to receive compensation. The hotel is too cheap for that. I do not recommend the hotel.

Staff available; room too small and located in the attic; insufficient towels; top floor without lift.

Beautiful room, but above all very clean and fresh. 1 downside, the door could not be locked from the inside. Friendly employees!
