While most likely still the best in town, it is pricey for the quality: unvacuumed carpets, very dirty inside window panes, overall weird/awkward interior design. Comfy mattress, breakfst very good. Dining very expensive for quality & region. Property clearly banking on total lack of competition. Would stay again for about 30% lower price.

Do not come here to stay!! Restaurant and view is okay but that’s about it. Dirty, dated hotel. Absolutely not 4 star!!!!! You get a better services in 3 star mountain cottage!!! Staff was relatively okay. Must praise Jakub from the restaurant as he’s the only one that presents well and knows what he’s doing. The rest (very average) Some interesting staff clothing, including flip flops with sock. Appalling, they all look scruffy and like they are off to Tesco to do their weekly shop. Even jeans and trainers and hoodies. Hotel room, just shocking. See pictures. Dirty unkept room, dated, smelly room. Lamp was broken, bathroom handle broken, stains on the carpets, dusty chair, filthy stained net curtains, 4 star hotel and you have IKEA 2euro shower curtain. Very basic cheep shower, no minibar, no room service menu or information. Forget your “clean my room” tag as they’ll ignore it anyway. They apparently only work in the morning, so if you decide to get up at 10:30 you will miss your cleaning slot!!! Breakfast - no one greets you or sits you down. Everything is self serve including your tea and coffee from a machine !!!! Yes 4 star hotel and coffee from a vending machine. No a-la cart cooked breakfast just some self served scrambled eggs snd cooked meets. Poor choice and if you decide to go 40 min before breakfast is finish then your choice is extremely limited!!! Nothing will be topped up. Over all reception/lobby and lobby bar feel is just depressing. Poor lighting in the evening, everywhere plastic and fabric flowers which are giving the place a very cheep feel!! Over all staff was okay, food in the restaurant was nice. Gorgeous building with so much history and potential but you can’t help but feel that they are suppressing that. Lovely views. Also to get into town the quickest way is to use the cable car lift into the shopping centre which in my view should be included to use for free for staying guests but it’s not, you have to pay or get a taxi from the hotel into town. Overall review is EXTREMELY disappointing. I will not stay there again or would I recommend it to anyone!!! Embarrassing place. I think the owner and Ústí nad Labem town hall should spend few days in one of their 2900 Czech koruna rooms incognito to have the true experience. Disgusting!!!

Lovely hotel The hotel is a good choice for relaxing, connected to the shopping mall through a cable car, the hotel is remarkable in cleanness, quietness and location, but the breakfast choices is so limited and I believe it can be improved
