入住地點和公寓不在一起，朋友到了等打掃等了一小時，屋裡還斷電，找服務人員不容易，預訂時選的景觀房也沒兑現

Stayed here for 4 nights. When we arrived we decided to run a bath. Unfortunately the drain in the bathroom flooded the apartment, but were moved to another one floor above and thankfully had no issues at all. The apartments are modern and well equipped. We had a balcony with a beautiful view.

Worst experience ever! And I travel a lot. We stayed in the Shackleton apartment. We had no warm water and heating in the apartment, they kept on saying they never had this issue before, but we saw reviews afterwards stating that they had these issues each time with each guest. We lost few hours each day aligning with them to come and fix the issue. They even stopped answering at one moment even though it was freezing. They sent us videos so that we could fix the boiler ourselves- which is as first, safety hazard, also we were on a vacation. Not there to fix boilers. The owner of the Pacifico company is the rudest person I ever spoke to. He didn't want to take any responsibility. We got so tired and frustrated that we left 2 days before the end of the reservation. It literary cost us our trip in Ushuaia since we couldn't do hikes or anything. Don't rent anything out from this company! I raised the issue with Booking and I hope they get blocked.

Lack of professionalism, won't last long in the tourism industry, inflexible and truly rude staff. We shouldnt have stayed here, from the get go they were unhelpful with the reservation. Unhelpful, misleading photos, not that comfortable, you need to pay extra for cleaning services.

Teniamos una reserva para 11 adultos (3 departamentos) el dia de llegada habiamos avisado el horario en que llegabamos, entramos a la oficina (que tenia las puertas abiertas) y no habia nadie. Llamé varias veces al numero de telefono asignado y nadie contestó jamas. Esperamos 15 minutos a que alguien apareciera CON OTROS DOS CLIENTES QUEJANDOSE POR PROBLEMAS. Tuvimos que esperar aun mas para que nos den las llaves (total perdimos casi una hora desde que llegamos hasta que tuvimos las llaves). PARA EMPEZAR: Nos asignaron un edificio que supuestamente se llama "Josefina" pero en la entrada dice "Onas" por lo cual nos costó mucho encontrarlo ya que nadie nos acompañó hasta el lugar - nos sorprendió porque habiamos reservado en "departamentos Pacifico" y no fuimos asignados a ese edificio (que esta alado de la agencia). SEGUNDO PROBLEMA: Al ingresar a un departamento originalmente alquilado para SEIS ADULTOS nos damos cuenta que consistia de un semipiso con una cama matrimonial y dos "camas" individuales dentro del mismo cuarto. Abajo en la Cocina -comedor habia un sillon cama (de una plaza) asignado para dos personas mas. A todo esto el baño estaba dentro del cuarto de arriba (????). COMO SEIS ADULTOS, PAREJAS, VAN A ESTAR COMODOS EN UN LUGAR ASI? En que concluyó? Dos de los adultos (personas mayores) terminaron alquilando algo mas con un gran costo adicional y sin ningun reembolso por parte de "apartamentos pacifico", inicialmente le consultamos al personal de esta empresa (Kevin) por otro departamento adicional el cual el nos mostró y estabamos interesados. Al momento de querer confirmar esperamos mas de UNA HORA fuera de la agencia sin novedad alguna de Kevin (dentro de lo que supuestamente es el horario de atencion), lo llamamos incontables veces y nunca respondió el telefono, lo cual termino haciendo que nuestra familia fuera a alquilar a un hotel. Kevin nos envió un mensaje 9 am del dia siguiente diciendo que el siempre estuvo ahi y preguntando si pudimos alquilar.. COMO VAN A OFRECER UN DEPTO A LAS 19.30/20 hs Y DEJAR A LA GENTE SIN RESPUESTA HASTA LAS 9 am del otro dia? PESIMO SERVICIO. TERCER PROBLEMA: obviamente vinimos a Ushuaia para disfrutar del exterior y no utilizamos mucho los departamentos, pero a lo largo de estos dias notamos muchas deficiencias en la propiedad: -apoyé una cartera en la mesa ratona y se desarmaron las patas (no estaban atornilladas) y la mesa de cayó. -una silla con el respaldo sin tornillos, tambien casi me caigo. -la tapa del inodoro sin agarrar al inodoro, se sale constantemente -el agua de la ducha sale marron -sabanas manchadas -los veladores del cuarto no andan -el ultimo dia queriamos dormir hasta tarde PERO NO PUDIMOS, a las 8 am se encendió una luz del techo de la habitacion que no tenia interruptor para apagar y no pudimos dormir mas ya que la luz es tipo de hospital.
