Mercure Urumqi High-speed Railway Station Reviews

I like the hotel a lot. It's new, the staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. They do provide free airport transport transfer which save me for the taxi. Their laundry room even provide the free detergents, which are not commonly in other hotel in Urumuqi.

A new hotel with high-tech amenities, like power curtains, voice control remote in the room, customer service robot, etc. Hotel provides free airport transfer and is within walking distance of the high speed rail station (you can see it from hotel and just need to walk towards it). The hotel is also flexible when it comes to late check out, allowing us to use the room till 5pm. They also have a laundry room equipped with excellent washer and dryer machines that are free for guests to use. If there is something to pick on the hotel, the breakfast can be improved, and should start earlier than 8am.

Very nice hotel, nearly the railway station convenient for business people, but a bit too far from the city center. A warm welcome at the reception and very helpful people. We got an early check in without any problem. Very spacious room and bathroom. Excellent laundry machines. Breakfast is ok.

Really enjoy to stay here. Everything was perfect. Not far from Urumqi train station. The staff cannot speak english but they tried to communicate with us.

Close to airport, only 20 minutes. Breakfast is good. Sight seeing 天山天池is wonderful.

The hotel is really new. The cleaning service was not completed even after the renovation. I sat at the desk for a while and my pants were covered with dust. I saw that the dust on the baseboard was not wiped off.

The last stop of Xinjiang trip is Urumqi. The train station is very close to the hotel. In order to catch a 7 o'clock flight the next day, I chose Mercure. The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service. The hotel service is very good, but after checking in, the drop-off service for the next day is scheduled after 7 o'clock, so I took a taxi to the airport by myself. Although the hotel is not far from the airport, the traffic jam at Urumqi Airport is serious. It is recommended that you leave 20 minutes earlier than usual

The room is unexpectedly beautiful, especially the Morandi pink series, which is full of girlishness. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service, which is super convenient. Remember to book it in advance. In short, satisfied + recommended.

I booked this hotel on my last day in Urumqi. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and the airport, and there are free airport and station pick-up services. Mercure is an Accor brand. Now Accor and Huazhu are cooperating and the hotel is managed by Huazhu. The hotel still shows French romance. There are free drinks in the hotel minibar, and I also like the overall Morandi color scheme.

After the trip to Northern Xinjiang, I stayed in Urumqi for 3 nights. When I checked in and opened the door, there was a light fragrance that made me feel very comfortable. The whole space has a French minimalist style. The staff has a good service attitude and the hot water is comfortable and has a large amount of water. , the breakfast is very delicious, it is different for 3 days, it is a great experience.

The location is very good, and it's OK in the morning. The hotel room is of medium size. The air conditioner in the original room was broken, but I quickly moved to another larger room and the air conditioner was fine! !
