This hotel is in a very high place. The scenery is good. excellent service. But the cave is not comfortable. The photo looks good and the living experience is very poor 1 Not ventilated. Such a large suite has only a small window and it is not convenient to open for safety reasons. 2. Facilities are not good. The radiator cannot provide the temperature needed. It is cold to fall asleep.

The hotel staff and owners of the hotel are very sweet people who welcomed us very well during my stay at the hotel. We extended one night because we liked to stay for two days in the hotel. The breakfast nearby was beautiful, but it was delicious, even if it was not on the menu. Our room was clean every day. It was nervous to go to the tea row at the breakfast room in the hotel's dining department. Because the tea service was made from a semaver.Everything taken except breakfast and dinner was even reflected in the price. The room TVs weren't working. We were in room 4005. The children had tablets from God, they didn't need the television. When we arrived at the hotel, our bags were moved to our room, when we left the hotel, we carried our bags. The table, glass, coat, shell, knife cleaning was not hygienic. The glasses were dirty.

Beautiful, unique, well-managed hotel with a complete set of amenities including delicious breakfast, scenic pool, and comfortable spa. There is a golf cart shuttle that brings you around the resort, and we were picked up always within 2-3 minutes of calling the front desk - even at 3:30am for our hot air balloon ride. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES AS THE FAMILY THAT OWNS THE HOTEL OWNS ROYAL BALLOONS, which is the premier balloon company. I really wanted to book with Royal but they were booked out online for several weeks. When I arrived to the hotel, they had spaces available for their guests.

This is really the best hotel in Cappadocia! The hotel is even more beautiful than shown on the pictures and (all!) employees are friendly and goodwill. Further, we loved the concept as every detail of the hotel is well thought off and the standard of hygiene is a 10/10. The breakfast very varied and delicious as all served was organic (self made and harvested) and all our wishes were always fulfilled with a smile on the face! We would like to thank the whole AJWA team (especially Nur Hanim, Musa and Onur bey, Orhan and Mehmet Chef) an unforgettable time and will definitely come again!

This hotel is really great. Good service attitude. Good environment. The swimming pool is super beautiful. But I didn't bring my swimsuit and didn't take pictures. There is also dry steaming. SPA. Turkish bath. Highly recommended
