Ulasan Mercure Brisbane Garden City

Memang terasa agak tua, tapi itu tidak terlalu mengganggu saya. Kamarnya bersih dan bus ke kota dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki singkat, jadi nyaman. Anda dapat mengunjungi Pusat Perbelanjaan Garden City dalam 10 menit berjalan kaki, dan tempat parkir milik hotel luas bahkan selama liburan Paskah. Akan lebih baik jika ada air di lemari es daripada susu, tapi tidak apa-apa.

Banyak sekali masalah. AC di kamar pertama saya check in rusak. Setelah berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris, saya minta pindah kamar. Hei, kunci pintunya tidak berfungsi dan AC-nya berisik. With the very limited amenities in the room, many stuffs in the room is broken. Luckily, the staff was friendly and willing to help me out in the midnight.

The facilities are very dilapidated, the door locks are broken, the shower head is broken, the toilet is broken, and the microwave is broken. The only good thing is that there is no smell, but I will not stay here again.

the room is very tidy and comfortable, the manager is quite helpful and easy to work with, but the performance of the cleaning staff is terrible for example we run out of tissue but no supply after room services!

Nice enough for a night away from everyone. Not somewhere you want to be long term

The hotel has been rebranded from Travel Lodge to Mercure. They've upped their prices for the same worn building. There's nothing particularly wrong with the rooms, but it is definitely three star quality masquerading at four star prices. The air conditioning system is antiquated and doesn't work properly. The staff are friendly and helpful, but not particularly proactive.
