There is no shower in the room. Use public bath. As foreigners we are not used to it. Food is good.

Comfortable modern Onsen. Delicious meals. Clean and everything seems new. Quite a distance from town center, prefer to have own transport

Hotel was newly renovated, the room and the common areas are all very stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Both the indoor and outdoor onsens and the lounge area are clean, beautiful and enjoyable. It was the best hotel in our entire trip. Highly recommended.

The environment is so good, the sulfur hot springs here♨️are definitely real hot springs♨️! The hotel is located in Unzen City, which is a resort for Kyushu people. The Unzen Hell Scenic Area is right next to the main road. It is very large and feels more shocking than the Hell Valley in Hakone. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are gorgeous, but to be honest, the meat is a bit thin. The open-air bath and large bath are both good, especially the open-air bath facing the forest landscape and open for a long time. The best thing is the service. Although some service staff don't speak English very well, they are very enthusiastic. Knowing that we didn't drive by ourselves, they sent us to another city a hundred kilometers away in a commercial vehicle. In fact, the transportation of the hotel itself is also very convenient. If you come from Shimabara, you can arrive directly at the hotel door. If you come from Isahaya or Nagasaki, the bus will go to the city center and you need to transfer or walk to the hotel in about 15 minutes. The only drawback is that the room does not have a bathroom, which is more like a traditional Japanese hotel.

The hot springs are really great. The countryside in Japan is a very simple place and should be even more comfortable in the summer.

The building was well-cleaned and clean. The loungewear was buttoned up to prevent it from coming undone, and attention to detail was apparent in every aspect. The food was also delicious and I was very satisfied. I'd like to bring my daughter next time.

It's a cost-effective hotel in Unzen. They serve both dinner and breakfast, and the food was decent. I took a photo of the star here, and it's pretty. And the open-air bath is also really nice.

This hotel is located in Unzen, a famous hot spring area in Kyushu, but it is far away from other attractions, so there are relatively few foreign tourists. During this stay, I did not hear Mandarin, Cantonese or English. The hotel facilities are newly renovated, and the hot spring water is milky white. There are also beverage machines and massage stools at the resting area outside the hot spring. The only thing is that if you want to eat beef for dinner, you have to pay extra. It would be better if there was an option when booking that would allow people to pay a few hundred dollars more but include Saga Steak/Shabushabu. This hotel can be used again. I love so much. 

The hotel is great, atmospheric, very quiet, and the environment is so beautiful, surrounded by mountains and fresh air. Breakfast and dinner were very sumptuous and surprising. Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath are very good. The room is larger, but it's a pity that I only stayed for one night. I will stay for a few more days next time. It feels like stopping time here. It's so beautiful!
