Amazing Amazing place !! the service. staff, facilities are all more than perfect. We celebrated our aniverssary and they made it of the best aniverssaries in our lives!! they celebrated us and spoiledbus with all kinds of services and food! THEY ARE AMAZING! Special thanks to our host Stefan who was amazing and really helpful and made our stay 1000 times better! A special staff member also fereen was so amazing she gave 110% with ger hospitality skills! Thanku to this amazing place!

Hands down the best personalised hotel/resort experience I have ever had. The staff go above and beyond what you can ever imagine to make your stay there as memorable as possible. Nujuma is definetly recommended for anyone considering visiting the Red Sea. Was miles better than Shebara which we visited prior to our stay here. If your thinking about choosing between the two resorts , it’s really a no brainer! Shout out to our personal host Leah as well as William in the kids club who were both absolutely incredible.

I had the pleasure of staying at Nujuma Hotel recently, and I must say the service was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like I was the most important guest. However, it was my personal host, Riaz, who made my experience truly unforgettable. Riaz was attentive, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area. He greeted me by name as soon as I checked in, which instantly made me feel welcome and valued. Throughout my stay, he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was arranging transport, suggesting local attractions, or simply checking in to see how I was doing, Riaz made sure every detail was taken care of with a level of care that truly set Nujuma apart. What impressed me most was Riaz’s personal touch. He remembered my preferences and tailored every recommendation to suit my tastes, from the food choices to the perfect sightseeing spots. His genuine hospitality and thoughtful gestures made all the difference in elevating my experience. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel impersonal, Riaz's kindness and attention to detail stood out. The Nujuma Hotel is lucky to have someone like him on their team, and I will undoubtedly return in the future, knowing I can expect such outstanding service again. I had the most incredible stay at the Ritz-Carlton Nujuma Red Sea! From the moment we arrived, the experience was pure luxury and relaxation. The attention to detail, breathtaking surroundings, and impeccable service made our visit unforgettable. The weather was perfect as you are able to swim during the day and cool at night, so make sure you pack some warm clothes too. A special shoutout to Riaj for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. His kindness, professionalism, and personalized care truly set this experience apart. Is my second time in paradise! If you are looking for service and a relax journey Nujuma is the place so quiet and everything there is perfect. Have to try Sita the main restaurant our favorite, special thanks to Yash and Camelle they always make us feel at home. All their details from the beginning till the end makes our vacations the perfect ones! Thanks to Stephan and Aaron for the attentions. We hope we can get back next year!

It was perfect, the host ( Stefan ) was helpful and kind. I think it’s need more activity during night. We got dinner at Jamaa, if i can rate the restaurant it will 4 of 10, it’s need more options. At the end, it’s perfect place to stay. Thank you Nujuma.
