Not very cost-effective. Check-in time is 3:00. Check-out is 10:30. If you open the window, you can hear the noise of the machine 24 hours a day. But the unmanned cafe on the second floor was good. The menu is not that great. Convenience stores such as GS25 are easy to use and umbrellas are provided.

It's clean. However, I stayed in both the annex and the main building, and in the annex, you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor and take the elevator, and it feels like an officetel Airbnb. There is no integrated air conditioner remote control, bedside charger, or light, and the view is ambiguous. The room is bigger than the main building, but the bathroom and basic setup that you expect from accommodations like hotels and motels seem to be cleaner in the main building.
