this is the worst hotel i ever stay in my life they stole my money and nobody take Accountability I dont reccomens riva hotel bad bad bad bad dont go at this hotel is waste of money and the prices is so high and have a bad personal staff Waste of money

This pace is nasty, rude staf and watres. We wore party of 6 and strugled with a baby stroler to find a table, once we did caried a stroler over peoples heads we seat down hoping to catch a breath and relax with drinks waiter came and ask as to leave since after he wat told that we wore not for food only drinks. We wore escorted out and carried a baby stroller again over peoples heads. I will neve go back thats for sure, DO NOT WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

It is not easy to review a structure like this, I begin by saying that if this structure can be defined as HOTEL, from tomorrow I crown myself KING OF ITALY. Can a structure that does not have a reception be defined as a hotel? Even a 3-star hotel on ***********... a structure with less than a star, surely a dormitory for the homeless in Milan is better and also better attended. We arrived as we had communicated around 10 in the morning, the time at which the structure had communicated to us that the room would be ready for us... oh dear... we even had to wait beyond the standard check-in time... around 1.15pm and then we were accompanied to the dump on the top floor, a dump that in the misleading photos proposed by *********** seems like a nice, modern and welcoming room... in reality a hovel... ramshackle bed, pillowcases that didn't even cover the mattress, dangling electrical sockets, damaged entrance door, rusty towel racks in the bathroom and no cleaning... in addition to the lack of iron, kettle and coffee machine and alarm clock that on *********** are described as present. Elevator from the outskirts of Nairobi, just for the local natives...special note for the breakfast (if we can call it that) worthy of such an environment...to be able to eat something we had to go down at 8 because if we were 30 minutes late we would have found nothing...everything pulverized by the local locusts that brought the trays with the food inside directly to the table as if they hadn't eaten for 3 days. Luckily we found a structure for two nights and we were able to leave by regularly paying for the 4 nights booked.

Food was excellent, very tasty and looks perfect ! Waiters were very polite and hrr we helpful. Location is infront of the sea with stunning view on old town ! Olso best coffee in town , order cappuccino ……………………………………….. ………………………………………..

Terrible Experience on this Hotel. The rooms are terrible and the conditions of them are disgusting. The bathrooms are filthy and also the breakfast is not tasty at all. The noisy ac on the room will not let you sleep all night long and it also leaks in the middle of the room. The location is what sells this hotel otherwise it is a terrible hotel.
