It was a nice and cool stay because of the hot springs and spas. I did not expect that the room I booked was a smoking one so I had to talk to the front desk on duty to ask if possible to change my room into a non-smoking one. Sadly, I was told that all rooms are smoking. The room was comfy enough if not because of the cigarette smoke. There was no hair dryer in the room but I had to go to the public area of women’s floor and bath just to dry up my hair. Upon Checkout, I had communication problem with the front desk staff since I paid the room online I was surprised that they charged me again. I made it sure that I booked and paid online. It took me like an hour or so to solve the issue. I’m grateful to the people who had helped me translate. To the staff on duty thanks for the patience, I know it was hard for you guys to speak English but kudos to all of you. Great efforts are appreciated. All in all the place is good for family weekend and or gatherings and outings. I’d definitely be back but I won’t use their business class room ever.

The second night we were moved to a room on the same floor, it was still hot at night, 27℃. There was air conditioning when the door and window were opened, and it was cool and comfortable until 3 o'clock in the morning. Why didn't the floor heating change to below 25℃? Service: Good, there are welcome fruits, the auntie gave more bottled water, it was so dry at night, drink more water. Breakfast was average, enough to eat.
