The hotel is in a great location, by the sea, with many delicious restaurants nearby. The facilities are a bit old, but very clean. The service is very thoughtful. The photo is the real view outside the window.

For children who are swimming, the officers should forbid them if they are not dry. The floor is wet and slippery.

I stayed for 3 nights, old hotel so the furniture looks very old, the bathroom is also a bit creepy. The location is okay to CPI, Mall Mari and TSM are close. The breakfast menu is not varied but the taste is okay. The check-in process is fast, the first day the service is okay, I requested additional bath towels and hand towels quickly delivered to the room but the next day I asked for additional bath towels again because the bath towels yesterday were taken by housekeeping but the FO informed that only 2 bath towels are allowed. It seems that the policies of each staff are different. If it is not allowed, it should not have been allowed from the first day and I understand the rules or SOPs better. When on the 2nd day it was informed that there were only 2 bath towels and I protested there was no follow-up from the FO where they informed that they would inform housekeeping but until I left the hotel there was no further information. The AC is very hot, no need for a blanket because the AC is very hot. The water drainage in the old bathtub may be a bit clogged so you have to wait a long time until the water is completely dissolved. There is nothing impressive about this hotel. It seems like this hotel needs to be renovated. Thank you.

The room is cozy and the foods are delicious! Will visit again. The views aroud the hotel is beautiful especially around Pantai Losari. You can do shopping as well since the hotel is closed to the shopping center. Come and visit with relatives and family and enjoy the services.
