I checked in late around 1500 as was travel-ling from jaipur, but rooms was not still prepared and kept ready. Room looks same as shown in pictures though not naintained and cleaned properly. Room service and cleaning was not done next day till afternoon in-spite the keys were left on reception sicne morning. Bedsheet were not clean and had holes. Fridge was not cleaned from months and had fungus infestation. Blankets did not had covers and very smelly. Food was terrible as dey did not have any in house canteen, so food was ordered from road side stalls.

The location is around 3 kms from the mahakaleshwar temple and 5 kms from shipra nadi. The rooms are smaller in size, the washroom are extremely small. The property was available for around rs. 3600 per night and is extremely expensive for that price. However the staff is good.

It is shown and displayed that extra bed will be included ( booked room for three persons) however hotel denied that and said they will provide mattress only and no extra bed will be their even though they have three bed room available on higher charges they told that same thing is known
