Our Family Sunday dinner outing here was great. We had a fairly newborn baby and a 2 year old toddler with us and nothing was too much for the staff. Our 4 roast dinners were lovely and just the amount of food you could eat! We would definitely recommend this restaurant to as anyone looking for a lovely meal out with the family.

Such a lovely Sunday meal for my father in laws 80th. Really tasty food, excellent service and very friendly staff. We will definitely return to try the al la carte, can't believe we've never been here before and it's on our door step. Well worth a visit, delicious! The only thing I'd say is they could see it was my father in laws 80th and nothing was said or any little touches on desserts for example which I know other places do, this is just a minor thing anyway.

Warm welcome, characterful room, excellent menu, great wines, beautiful food perfectly portioned to make one feel spoiled, without an embarrassment of waste. The wood burner in the bar pushes all into a rosy glow , and I would advise an overnight stay in order to make the most of this gem of a place. I hope that business, or any other excuse brings me nearby again!

We are regulars here but today was off the scale top class!!Why? There is a new chef in-situ and by god can he cook a joint of beef - melt in the mouth perfection and that’s saying something from the Queen of Sunday Roasts I would not hesitate in recommending this place for Sunday lunch. I just hope he stays and the pub and staff don’t become complacent Great Job White Hart Ufford

We didn’t stay here as we live locally, but the food and service at The White Hart are absolutely fantastic. Without a doubt I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for food. Head chef Ben and assistant Cornelio clearly have a lot of experience in high end restaurants and the results speak for themselves. Definitely the finest gourmet pub for miles.

Best pub Sunday lunch in a very long time. Confit roast lamb was magic and vegetables and Yorkshire pudding was spot on! Would be nice to have a veggie dish that didn't involve mushrooms, but you can't have it all. Good beer, friendly service. Highly recommended

Went to White Hart today for lunch ,had there lunch for less amazing value so good I love food to look good and interesting starter prawn cocktail brilliant presentation and taste lovely sauce , then ham egg and chips ham cooked in house from willowbrook farm , amazing chips so crispy. Brilliant service as usual, such a warm and comfortable place two log goes going What’s not to love

New Menu We had lunch today and yet again a fabulous menu. Tarte Tatin with Roquefort and local honey amazing. Short ribs that fell of the bone and that was for starters. Followed closely by Coq au vin and mash to die for. A loin of venison with a blackberry sauce that was amazing and perfectly portioned. Finally a treacle tart that was glorious. Well done everyone a fab winter menu.
