I had an incredible stay at the property, complete with stunning views that greeted me from both the lobby and my room. The scenery was truly a highlight, enhancing my experience in every way. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, providing the perfect retreat for restful nights. Additionally, the staff was incredibly responsive, always ready to assist with a friendly attitude, ensuring that my needs were met promptly and efficiently.

Best Housekeeping supervisor ever was Lakshya. He was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He left our room spotless and beautiful ly decorated with towel structures. A lovely surprise after a long day sightseeing. Staff in hotel were good, rooms big and clean. Shower lovely and hot. Have had better food but breakfast and coffee was lovely.

The hotel staff was very friendly rooms were neat and clean the lake view from the hotel was awesome and I had a wonderful experience and the night view of the lake from the hotel room was amazing. Looking forward to the future and I also recommend it to my family and friends.

This is an excellent mid-budget hotel. The location is fantastic. If you get a lake-facing room, the views will turn into the highlight of the trip. It's close to all important locations. The rooms are clean and sized just right. All services were attended to promptly. The breakfast is basic but good and sustains you until midday. Do try to have lunch and breakfast here. It was better than what we had at Ambrai or other popular restaurants. The rooftop view is also great! This isn't for this hotel per se, but if you are looking for quiet and solitude, stay away from any lakeside hotel. All hotels have live and loud music playing together from around 7 30 pm to 10 30 pm—all at once. It can be very disturbing.

I stayed in Sarovar lake pichola hotel for 3 days( 5th nov to 8 nov 2024).I was unsastisfied with the stay as rooms were very ordinary & overpriced.Bathroom was very small & of ordinary standard. Rooms were not attractive as shown on their site.They charged me Rs.9000/night but rooms were of Rs.2000/night standard.Breakfast was pathetic.The staff looking after brekfast didn't have any intrest in their work.Instead of looking after guest they used to stand out of the resturant chichatting with each other.I was really disappointed with the service & will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Perfect stay with best room view towards the lake. The best part is the service speed to your room , they are very quick in service . Rooftop restraunt is very average with expensive average food quality . The hotel is situated in the old city , so prefer a auto instead of a cab .

My hotel room was dingy dirty and had a bad smell. Curtains were stained, furniture old and dusty. The toilet/bathroom was dirtier . The towels no longer white. I didn't feel safe or comfortable in this hotel The food was okay and location was good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

We stayed at Sarovar for 2 nights in a lake view room and had an amazing experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was great, and the service was excellent. The hotel is located in a great spot, with all the major sightseeing places nearby, rooftop restaurant and bar, which is a perfect spot to relax, especially at night when the view is truly beautiful. It's a cozy and peaceful place to stay, and the hotel is very couple-friendly. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay by the lake.
