Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Terrible Hotel. Cockroaches in the room, ac not working, leaking bathroom, no hot water. Very surprised this hotel is part of Radisson brand. The staff is not helpful as multiple complaints were ignored. Do not book. Better hotels available

Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur offers a stunning, picturesque and attractive sight that immediately gives you the feeling of royalty! Below is a brief review of my stay at the property! What I liked: 1. The Location: It is right in the city centre. 2. The Views: It offers mesmerising views of Fateh Sagar Lake and the mighty Aravali Hills! 3. The spacious rooms: I booked a Business Room (Lake View) and it was quite spacious. The washroom was fine too. The toiletries by Moha: were phenomenal! 4. The breakfast buffet: The breakfast buffet was both, ample and delicious! I could not fault even a single thing there. 5. The courteous staff: The staff is soft spoken, courteous and professional. I asked for a late check-out and I got it without any hassle. What can be improved: 1. The cleanliness: The shower curtain had mold growing on it. I understand that not many guests might roll it down completely but the house keeping staff must clean it anyway. The room had a little odour. I complained about it. House keeping staff member came and sprayed some room freshener. He also agreed that a strange odour was there but despite requesting for a change of room, it did not happen! The windows offering ‘lake view’ had oily smudges on them. 2. The location of the swimming pool is rather odd! It is right in front of the restaurant and I personally found the idea of swimming, while hundreds of people are eating and looking at you, awkward! 3. For a premium room category i.e. Business Room, the lack of a bathtub was disappointing. 4. The elevators did not seem to work properly. During my check-out, I found the elevators to be totally shut down. After coming back home, I played ‘Khel Khel Mein’ on Netflix and I was elated to see that most of the film has been shot at this property! It was great to know that I stayed at a Bollywood location. I would recommend it to all those travellers who are looking for comfort with luxury!

Pathetic stay! Check-in process took 45 mins! It’s just a waiting game that they play here.. I somehow sensed it is going to be pathetic. As soon as I entered my room, I hit with THE SMELL.. really really bad smell.. I didn’t have courage to go and complaint to reception as there were a couple of people who were complaining when I was checking in.. bathroom smell was SO horrible.. the worst part is you cannot lock the bathroom door from outside! The lock is broken. Washbasin tap is in worst shape. I don’t think 3star hotel would have such state of bathroom. I won’t be share smell here but I have uploaded a couple of proofs.

Checked out today from your resort and he enjoyed the stay very much. The room was a perfect adventure ride with a good number of opportunities for adventure: A tetanus scare ride: Open nail which is to be avoided while walking, because there could be tetanus lurking there. Bathroom and room water skating: An adventure ride where the water flows through a leak in the bathtub across the bathroom and room where you can skate and have fun. The only option to opt out of the ride was to put up towels at specific places and hope that you do not get hurt by the nail or slip due to water everywhere. A good number of other things were also problematic: Non-ready room No shower gel, no bath salt, no bathrobe. Nothing in the room Non-working TV channels Broken fridge An unresponsive reception who did not call back after mentioning that they will call back. Dhols late through the night with pathetic sound isolation I am highly disappointed by this Hotel as the reviews for this were pretty good, but as per the experience of my client, the Hotel should be classified as a health hazard and not the "Best Wedding Hotel" in North India. I think ET and Today's Traveller did not do a good due diligence before giving this award. An award for the "Best Adventure Hotel" of North India is quite much in the order for this hotel.
