Hi My experiance in raffles is very great I have never seen this type beautiful property anywhere The walls scenery everything is eyes melting Guest relationship ms priyanka help me really well she is so sweet Mukesh patisree kitchen person he is doing also great job. I eat butter chicken dosa aloo parantha in punjab style he recommend Nd last when i checking out the hotel I misplace mt gold chain here Ms priyanka helped me really well Nd she found . Super excited to see how she treats as a family person.

No words it was so well planned for our 25 anniversary by raffals we were extremely excited to see all things they planned for us thz with great heart for the whole team of raffals udaipur Mr laxminarayan planned for us so good that no words except ❤️

The property is great... extraordinary view... Behaviour of staffs are so humble in nature I had a great time in raffles,wish to come soon and stay for longer Food was very nice ..Chef Praveen , ashvini takes care of the food to be perfect. The butlers of the hotels are so helpful and active. I met usashi she provided all the services Overall I had a great time...

Nice hotel. Rooms are luxurious. Has all the little niceties one expects from a five star hotel. It's unique location and approach (by boat) make it a secluded and picturesque destination. Food isn't anything to write home about but it's all fresh and well-cooked. Aesthetics all round extremely pleasing. Would like to congratulate Zeba and Priyanka from Guest Relations/Housekeeping (???) for their warmth and invaluable help in draping my sari and organising luggage transfers and buggies;Sonam at the Haveli restaurant for trying to make up for the slip ups of a few newbie/poorly trained waiters; and Ravi on the jetty welcoming area.

my family spent a week at the Raffles Udaipur during Diwali this year, and the experience exceeded our expectations! First let get the one slightly underwhelming aspect out of the way: The architecture was not as inspiring as I had hoped. The building materials, colours and art used are a bit bland. The surrounding lake is not used to its potential and is not visible from most common areas. Now for everything that was Excellent! 1) The Food: Executive Chef Avijit Deb Sharma is a true master! Everything we tried was exceptional! We were informed that all food is always made fresh and that shows. Two dishes that I had for the first time and are must tries are the watermelon sabzi and the hari ghass ki roti which incorporates wheat grass. 2) Child Friendliness: There is a lot of place for kids to run around and a very well sized kids playing area. The kids playing area also has board games and books for adults so they don’t get bored while baby sitting. The staff is also very cooperative and loving to your children. 3) The staff: Apart from a couple of junior staff everyone was 10/10! I don’t know how they do such great hiring! I must mention Vishal and Abhijit at the bar and Rinku during breakfast who always welcomed us with the warmest hospitality. But over and above all was Nikita Vaish who took care of us. Her service and warmth is enough to single handedly add 1-2 stars to any property! I have never seen someone so hard working, warm who went over and above what was asked of her every single time. My 3 year old still asks for her days after we have left the property! What a star!

Our stay at Raffles was an unforgettable trip of a lifetime! The grounds were stunning, and each venue and event was better than the last the food was exceptional and the entire resort clean and luxurious. We traveled with our mother and 3 children ages 10,8, and 6 for a wedding and our butler, Saquib, was attentive to all our needs. He was an integral part of our experience at Raffles. Though his primary responsibility was our mother, Saquib easily saw that he could best care for her by also caring for us. I have a Gluten allergy and at each meal, Saquib was with me, pointing out what I could and could not eat, making suggestions and serving me from the buffet. Our children were not as adventurous, so he ensured they also had foods at each meal that they would enjoy, as did Ansh. We nearly missed a family photo for the wedding, and Saquib woke in the middle of the night to run and get our children to the appropriate place across the other side of the resort. He knew our schedule better than we did, and helped to ease our culture shock by answering our numerous questions. As our children enjoyed the amenities with their grandmother, Saquib went with them and took photos and videos of the children and then shared them with us so the kids can more easily remember their experiences as time passes. On several occasions we lost keys or set down our belongings, Saquib was quick to grab them and manage them. As our hands were full at various wedding events, he collected the things we no longer needed and returned them to our quarters so our hands were feee to enjoy the moments of the incredible events. He cared so well for our family that we all were sad to say goodbye, and there may have been tears as he waved good bye to us all from the ferry dock. Extremely professional, poised, knowledgeable and most importantly kind, Saquib is an asset to the staff at Raffles Udaipur.
