We may have been the one in a million but...
There was no water running through the taps. It started for ten minutes and then it ran dry. Called the front desk probably 5+ times to tell them there was no water, but their English was limited so they could not understand me. They entered our room 5+ times to try to resolve the issue. Seems like the water problem was impacting and entire floor as our friends upstairs had no issues. Cold shower plus no water half way through soapy hair.
5.50am the next morning the alarm was ringing for ten minutes waking us up.
Sounds insulation is limited, could hear people speaking in the streets.
Positives were that the staff were trying their best to understand and resolve the issues, but due to the communication barrier, even though I said I want to change rooms, I don't think they understood me.
