The rooms are very different than the ones shown in the booking. There were no windows and curtains in the room offered to me. I asked for an upgrade to Palace Suite (wherein I agreed to pay the differential), however, they asked for higher differential amount vs the website. Additionally, they called the Bloom CRS team which also provided no support. I called Bloom helpdesk but no one answered. Finally took the palace suite after paying higher amount, and still the bathroom is terrible. Did not stand to the promise of a Bloom hotel at all.
