I went last night with my family for the dinner at Qmin Restaurant. It was my Daughter's birthday and we were there for the celebration. Amit Manager Sales promptly help us for the tabel and Birthday Cake arrangement. Ms Monalisa and Ms Ezung were at the restaurant who serve the food in a very polite manner. I stayed at Ginger Udaipur for one night in their Executive Suite. The best thing about the hotel is the location — it’s right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get around. The room and bathroom were very neat, tidy, and spacious, which made the stay comfortable. I also loved that the room had a big balcony — a nice touch for relaxing. However, the bed was more like a queen size and felt a bit tight for two people. I ordered food through in-room dining; it was average, nothing too exciting. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s definitely some room for improvement.

nice new hotel, freshness can felt in room, public areas like pool, lobby, restaurant. staff is good, small rooms but ginger has to be an small scale and limited service hotel hence no worries, check in/ out is smooth, the food in restaurant is great, after visiting Taj Aravalli we were not expecting food taste to be matching, but to our surprise food is amazing, rates are also nicely reasonable. special mention to sales manger Amit he is an great help, Rahul and Muskan on front office and Ganesh at restaurant.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. Considering the affordable price. We had a lovely stay! The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We and friends stayed recently in Ginger Udaipur, a small property tucked away in a lane near Shastri circle. Facilities are above average , menu is limited . However the staff is well behaved and responsive to the needs of the guests especially in the restaurant . I would like to mention Ms Monalisa for her prompt service and positive attitude in the restaurant. Housing keeping needs much improvement, bathroom drain was choked and we were forced to call cleaning staff many times. Another aspect that needs management attention is advance payment for each day of stay. This leaves a bitter taste for obvious reasons. Overall , a comfortable stay .

Ambience of the hotel was awesome. The room was spacious, well furnished. All the amenities provided in the room showed the class of hotel. The look of the room was luxurious.Staff behaviour was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast provided by the hotel was of international quality. Cleaning of the room was excellent. Bathroom was fitted with up-to-date amenities. Overall experience was great, awesome and luxurious.
