Rox Cappadocia

We decided to check out of Rox Capadokya due to the unbearable conditions and lack of proper sleeping arrangements and the airless rooms with no air conditioning or windows. My 14 year-old and 11 year-old daughters were expected to sleep on a small couch called a double bed LOL The room had no air circulation due to no windows there was no air-conditioning Has been a cave room it was extremely claustrophobic, especially with no air circulation. We checked in we notified the staff that the room was not adequate to us and asked if we can change the room and he said the hotel had no availability and he may help tomorrow morning Expecting my children to sleep on single couch on a full price paid room which was very unfair. The manager Furkan refused to refund our money. He insisted that our travel agent should have known that the hotel does not have air-conditioning because it’s stated on their website. However, upon checking, there was no such information available. This was after a long period of arguing and without providing any satisfactory solutions initially. Our experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Images and videos of the room will be attached as evidence of our complaint.

Warm and hospitable and very welcoming with convenient location. My children used to look forward to their breakfast . Owner speaks good English and helped arrange day tours for us . The highlight were also the stunning morning views . Cannot recommend enough !

I have booked Rox for 4 nights for an anniversary, as first trip in Cappadocia. I was so excited to experience the cave hotels, so following the reviews i chose Rox. I arrived into their best Apartments, which is in the basement, dark and without no air. Besides this, the hotel was dirty, no room service and the staff were rude. We asked for a different room which was full of bugs. At the end, they have charged us even for the water. I don't recommend this hotel. Please be careful what you book if you want to have a nice experience in such a lovely region: Cappadocia.

Booked this hotel for my birthday, and the three nights I spent here were delightful. Out of all of the hotels in Cappadocia to choose from, I’m so glad That I chose Rox. From hotel pick up, to my room, to breakfast, to booking activities, I don’t have a single complaint! Also the beds are so SO comfortable. Arda, the owner, makes all of his guests feel so welcome and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful. Rox is perfect for couples, families, and solo travelers alike. I will definitely be coming back!
