Located in a picturesque side-street, the family-run Seehotel Schäpfle lies just 30 metres from the Bodensee Lake on the Uberling promenade. Den rustikalen Holzstil kann man mögen oder nicht, aber er wird konsequent in allen Bereichen des Hotels verfolgt und das auf eine hochwertige, solide Weise. Somit hat das Hotel eindeutig Stil. Das Frühstück ist so, wie in einem guten 3-Sterne-Haus zu erwarten. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und im Service waren sehr freundlich. Kleine Mängel (im Bad waren Deckenleuchten kaputt) wurden umgehend behoben. Die unmittelbare Lage an der Promenade ist unschlagbar. Parkplätze stehen in einem ca. 200 Meter entfernten Parkhaus zur Verfügung. Alles spricht für die vollen 5 Punkte.

Ottimo hotel nel pieno centro di uberlingen, a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti e da un parcheggio a pagamento (silos) e con l'hotel si può ottenere una card per avere il parcheggio a soli 8€/GG al posto di 15€. Camere spaziose, bagno moderno, pulizia ottima. Colazione abbondante sia salato che dolce.
