I made my reservation through *********** as I did all the other htl reservation for our honeymoon. 15 days before my checking date I received a message saying my card was not valid. ( the same card I always used with all my other bookings without a problem ) I provide the property with 3other Cards numbers and again they could not process the payment. I contact booking. Com they also try to call the property and as I did wasIt able to get a reply. I contact My Credicard and they said that no payment was requested by the hotels that made, that my Credicard was working fine and that probably the htl was using a system that was out of date with security that is why they couldn’t get through. I wrote several messages saying that o would do a bank transfer once I was by my computer, I don’t do this operation on my phone,!I said that I was really interested and I would pay as soon the was back home ONCE IT WAS XMAS AND I WAS AT MY MUM. The property completely ignored all my messages and cancelled my reservation. So considering that I said you would do a bank transfer once back home, this was totally unprofessional, unkind they left us without a reservation 10days before our checking. They now put all the prices and probably that was their aim since the beginning . I strongly believe that ecology starts by treating not only the planet by other humans fairly. This attitude made me doubt the integrity of this place. I would not recommend. Unless you want to be left without accommodation few days before you checking date and in my case on Xmas Day .
