Hôtel bien situé dans le centre-ville proximité de tout avec de bons petit déjeuner proposer à l'extérieur dans un cadre très original. Tout le personnel est vraiment très serviable et se rend disponible avec le sourire.
Il y a un patio à l'étage qui permet de voir toute la ville avec canapé hamac table pour manger et cetera...
Je conseille vivement cet établissement pour une étape au Costa Rica et proche du volcan Irazu.

This hotel is so personal and pays attention to the smallest detail from small reading lights on headboard to shelves and hooks in room for organizing everything. The staff went above and beyond to cater to all my requests from an extra fan, an extra pillow, and so much time helping me arrange my bus schedule. Maria even walked to the bus terminal with me to make sure I had a seat on the correct bus. They also get a gold star for cleanliness with a very well stocked kitchen. Great little garden to read or just listen to the rain. The rafting on the pacuare river was excellent and I also enjoyed my coffee tour. I would highly recommend this little hotel. I loved my experience here.

We stayed one night at Hotel Casa de Lis. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you make your trip better. They gave us a bunch of really helpful advices. The place is clean and rather affordable for the accommodation type they propose (really warm showers are available). They offer free drinks in the morning. I highly recommend if you are in the vicinity!

This hotel was lovely! The staff especially were what made this location memorable - especially Avi and Alejandro. They were very knowledgeable and helped us sort out the changeable bus timetable. Avi helped us with local’s knowledge to figure out what kind of activities we wanted to do within budget. The rooms are lovely, and the veranda and garden areas are great places to relax. The kitchen is also big and well stocked. Overall, we had a great stay and were sorry it was just for one night!

We were so happy with our time at Casa de Lis! We had a rental car and were able to park it behind the gate of the property, which really eased our minds. There was ample street parking too though. We had already arranged for whitewater rafting before arriving, but Olivia was able to arrange pick-up for us, which was super helpful! Our room was clean and had an ensuite bathroom. The shower was warm, which we did not always experience in Costa Rica! There is a nice terrace at the top; be sure to look around the corner to the mountain view behind the building. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street. If you're a light sleeper and in one of the front rooms remember to pack your earplugs if traffic noises bother you. There is a panaderia (bakery) across the street that was super convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast. Coffee was provided in the reception area. If I every make it back to Turrialba again, for sure I will stay at Casa de Lis.

Lis is a lovely woman, and you can really feel that she cares. The whole place is super clean, there is free and fresh coffee every morning, the terrace is a beautiful spot to hang out after an adventure, and it is located in the centre of the town, so you can walk everywhere!

Very central in Turrialba town but without the traffic noise. Limited secure parking available. Nice rooms with modern en suite. (my only negative is that the in-room TV is very small). Helpful staff. Smoker's terrace with nice views of the volcano

We loved Casa de Lis. Try for the room at the end of the hall with a balcony overlooking the garden. Very quiet, plenty of space. Coffee provided every morning. We got breakfast food at the bakery and supermarket, stored it in the large kitchen, and ate it on the great terrace with a view. But there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was terrific, Abby, and also the volunteers who work there. They arranged a trip to Guayabo and to the the cacao farm. We walked to the botanical garden at CATIE. I'd go back in a minute.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est bien situé et est dans l’ensemble plutôt sympathique. Malheureusement, la chambre sentait le moisi et manquait de confort (matelas à changer, trop chaud, …). Cependant, le personnel est sympa et donne de bons conseils.
