The room was spacious and smart, and the breakfast was plentiful, perfect for a family trip. It's also very close to the Grape Night Market, within walking distance. The welcoming receptionists, ”Xiao Di” and ”Rou Rou,” were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. From our first day, we immediately felt the warmth of Turpan. The only downside was the housekeeping service. We stayed two nights, and on the first day, we found the housekeeping disinfectant in the sink. On the second day, they only gave us three toothbrushes in the toiletries bag, but no comb. I feel like the hotel's housekeeping service needs improvement. Overall, I was satisfied.
