Exzellentes Essen im chinesischem Restaurant bei tollem Ambiente genossen. Gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr ansprechend und sauber. Großzügige geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, tolle Aussicht, wobei fast jedes Zimmer über Meerblick verfügt.

Architecturally an attractive building. By its shape it also leads to a great open lobby area inside. Reception uses low desks which is a refreshing different way of welcoming your customers. The lobby you'll find a very well integrated bar (white & shiny), run by a master mixocologist and his team. I am not a cocktail lover but this week I tried a lot of his creations (WOW). Comfortable seatings in the lobby with a piano at the center. Main restaurant area and its old fashioned brown tables and chairs is not really in line with the rest of the hotel's approach. Food was very well displayed, but quite repetitive. Amazing how some people make a food mess on their table, don't finish their plates and drinks, what a waste! Did not expect this in a 5* hotel. I had one evening at the à la carte restaurant (Italian) which I can recommend as it offers a nice break: quiet, nice room with clean tables, cutlery and glasses - and good service. Outside plenty of choices: beach, swimming pool or garden, all very clean and a (snack)bar is never far away. The beach has a calm sea as it kind of got its own bay. Rooms are fine. A bit of a triangle format because of the round building, but nothing annoying. Electronic safe where you can fit a laptop. Large shower. I met a lot of friendly staff at the reception, guest relations and of course, the great bar team.

Hotel zag er netjes uit. Personeel was vriendelijk. Kamer was groot. Cocktails zijn niet elke keer de zelfde kwaliteit en worden vaak anders gemaakt dan de vorige keer en eten is redelijk hetzelfde elke dag maar wel prima kwaliteit. Door de dag heen zijn er veel activiteiten te doen rondom het zwembad en strand

Animasyon ekibinden Korkut’un ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Genel olarak personelin ilgili ve güler yüzlü olması çok önemli bir detay. Odaların temizliği yeterli, havlular her gün değişiyor. Yemek çeşitliği kafa karıştırmayacak kadar ve yeterli sayıda. Otelin yanındaki gold family otel misafirlerinin , Gold island alanlarını kullanmaları hoşuma gitmedi. Asıl misafirlerin kullanım alanlarını azaltıyorlar Her kes kendi alanında konaklamalı ve oranın imkanları ile yetinmeli.

ik ben voor een week geweest, allees was perfect boven van ons verwachten. de medewerker hier zijn heel aardig Simay heeft ons goed gehulpen met auto rente en transfer. wij komen zeker nog een keer deze hotel boeken. erg bedankt ❤️ eten waren ook erg lekker 🤤

Dit was mijn achtste keer bij dit hotel. Dr ligging aan zee is prachtig. Het plaatsje in de buurt stelt niet veel voor, maar voor winkelen kun je er prima terecht. Alanya is met de dolmus te bereiken als je wilt. Het personeel werk hard om het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Als je de optie hebt, boek dan de swim up rooms (voorheen island rooms) in het Selected deel van het hotel. Die kamers liggen pal aan zee met een eigen zwembad voor de deur dat alleen gebruikt mag worden door de gasten van de swim-up rooms.
