Start by saying overall it was a fantastic holiday but holidays are what you make it and we always make it a great holiday. We arrived late at night after a long day and transfer. Initially we were very disappointed with the room we were given. Balcony over-looked the roof of the reception area I think. The room for a family of 4 was small. I did query an upgrade but I wasn't paying another 200euros. After a chat we both thought you only use your room to sleep so we moved on from it. The room had a/c which was a God send, shower was good. Cleaned and fresh bedding daily. Couldn't fault the cleaners. Next day we scoped out the hotel. Massive complex. I hope you like walking! There are pools and sunbeds immediately outside the hotel but this area gets very very busy. We walked to the bridge over it and that's where we spent everyday. That's where the kids amusements are, kids pools and slides. As a group of 16 we never had a problem getting beds around the kids splash area. We were down generally about 9.30ish. Most of the night time entertainment is down this area aswell. So after your food about a 10 maybe 15mins walk. Kids entertainment didn't start till 9 I think and was decent but it looked as tho it was catered for the kids that were in kids club. Other kids could get involved but the staff seemed more interested in those kids who'd been in the club all day. After the kids entertainment there was a turn on. More adult orientated. We saw a circus, michael Jackson & JLo tribute, African dancers(Blank panther themed dance). Was very good. On to the food. Look don't listen to the negative review. It's not Michelin star by any stretch of the imagination but very good, lots of choice and once again we never had a problem getting seated together. So on to my negatives. Like I've already mentioned room was small. It took ages to get served a drink so a tip get friendly with a waiter and tip him. He'll never be away from your table. Alot of walking involved aswell. Too much for my liking lol., became abit of a chore to be honest. Overall 8/10, would I return? Probs not but that's down to personal preference. Hotel too big, too many guests and didn't particularly enjoy 10k steps everyday on my hols lol.

We visited with family August. And we won’t ever return. Avoid the pages on Facebook I think only positive posts are approved, if we had realised quite how poor this hotel was we would never have booked here so having biased reviews is unhelpful. First of all, we are frequent travellers and this is the first negative post we have ever done. On arrival to the hotel, the reception staff were poor, they don’t welcome us or tell us where anything was. The room, is dark, dated and cramped, the curtains barely fit the windows ( letting light in ) and the room not overly clean. The aircon also poor and leaks. The restaurant is so confusing there is no flow to it and it’s crazy, worse than any AI we have experienced, and the food is terrible, really terrible. My kids eat anything and even they struggled. The pool bar offers food but the bread is dry, the flies on the food and the waffles soggy. Drinks hit and miss, and the water that’s fridges is luke warm all the time. The pools are dirty, cloudy ( not cleaned ) and have glass and gravel in, my son cut himself on glass and grown adults we where with had to wear swim shoes as a result of it. Sunbeds - be up 6am or your screwed - not my idea of a holiday. The lobby is dated, and crazy decor, tacky, and you have to pay £10 per device per week for wifi which isn’t the best either! Soon adds up for a family of 5. Safe also chargeable. We went shopping and the locals said one of the worse hotels and we agreed. It’s a shame as it looks lovely from the outside but the service and hotel is no way a 5* we would say a 3* at very best. Please do your research before booking. We will not be returning.
