Come to Antalya for a family holiday and was really happy with the service from the staff , the entertainment was brilliant , Eren was really friendly and great with the kids! .. the hotel was very clean and the snack bars for lunch was great’ the waterpark for the children was good! Overall really happy with the holiday!

We had an unforgettable experience thanks to Barış. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially with our children. He played with them, made them smile, and turned every meal into a joyful moment. Our kids absolutely loved him, and so did we. He is truly the best staff member, and we are very grateful for his kindness and warmth! 💓

The hotel is very nice. The staff is so welcoming and did everything as the should. The beach on the sea was cleaned all the time by the hotel workers and the water was perfect. The food was fresh all the time and they have allot of choice. The worker for guest relation Irem was very nice and willing to help us for everything we need. In overal we are very satisfied with the whole stay and and the staff. Deffinitly will be coming again!

Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Mein Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr ruhig – perfekt für erholsamen Schlaf. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und frisch, mit vielen regionalen Produkten. Besonders gefallen hat mir die zentrale Lage, von der aus man schnell alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen konnte. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

unser 4 aufenthalt hier und immernoch super zufrieden. das hotel hat einige erneuerungen vorgenommen und sich deutlich verbessert. der sandstrand ist nach wie vor unser absoluter favorit… essen vielfältig und lecker. hier sind viele aktivitäten geboten wie fußball, volleyball, wasserball und dart usw… der aquapark is auch nicht weit und die rutschen machen sogar erwachsenen richtig spaß. das personal total freundlich und bemüht einem alles recht zu machen. der animateur eren hat mit seiner positiven ausstrahlung und seinem humor jeden tag zu etwas besonderem gemacht. man hat sofort gemerkt, dass er seinen job liebt

5 Stars… on Paper Only If there was a medal for “doing just enough to technically qualify as 5 star,” this place would win gold. On paper, it’s ticking every box — in reality, it’s bang average. Yes, it’s clean. Yes, most of the staff are friendly (the rest are… “in training,” let’s say). The activities were decent in the day, and the pool was OK — although it was warm enough to poach an egg. The kids loved the slides, but getting a sunbed was like entering The Hunger Games. Food-wise, the jacket potatoes at lunch were a highlight… which tells you everything you need to know about the rest of the menu. Basic, repetitive all-inclusive that you can set your watch to. And then there’s the air con. The lobby and puzzle bar systems are switched off at midnight, even if people are still sat there sweating into their drinks. Genius move. In summary: it’s the perfect place if you want to technically say you stayed in a 5-star hotel, while experiencing a solid 3-star holiday.
