Hotel is definitely not 5*. Need to improve cleaning and services. We had a family room, which was OK but there were hair on the floor, sand in one bed. Staff speaks mainly Russian as 70% of all guests are from Russia. Only receptionist could be able to speak English. When we arrived, first question from receptionist was "are you Russian or Gipsy?". I was really shocked (family with fair skin, blond hair and blue eyes). Cleaning of the room was totally disaster. Someone else's hair was lying on the floor everywhere in the room, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was mouldy and there were no hooks for the towels. Unwashed sink and toilet with a broken seat. According to the information leaflet we received on arrival, the bed linen in the room should have been changed 3 times in 9 nights. The reality was that they changed the linen once and only for 2 beds and on the 8th day. You had to ask for a change of towels. The food was standard, there used to be big queues and when you came late, there was a complete lack of cutlery. If you put a plate of food on the table and went to get a drink, a waiter immediately ran and took the full plate and threw the food away. It happened to me that a waiter came and tried to take the plate from which I had just eaten. Incredible waste of food. Wifi is not free and you had to pay. Beach/sea was around 6 minutes walk from the hotel, which was OK. The beach was crowded and unfortunately the water wasn't very clean. Most of the guests are Russians, then Turkish and a few Polish.
