However, the hotel's check-in arrangements are relatively rigid. We booked four rooms through Ctrip and paid for them. I also communicated with Ctrip to deal with this matter, but the hotel was quite rigid and had to pay the room fee before I could handle it. I had no choice but to pay again. After paying, wait for Ctrip to communicate and deal with it. In addition, the price paid at the hotel front desk is cheaper than on Ctrip.

There are two KARAVANSARAY hotels on the property - one which is a family hotel with children's activities and the other, more luxury style hotel. We were upgraded to the duplex room at the luxury style KARAVANSARAY. To say that the amenities and service of the amazing staff are top-notch is an understatement. There's a spa, steam rooms, Turkish bath, and massages available. The bar and 24 hour room service were a pleasant surprise. My only regret is that we only stayed one night in this fabulous hotel, but we will definitely return. My one critique is that our room was exceedingly hot; we couldn't adjust the thermostat and ultimately resorted to opening the balcony door to cool down the room. Other than this minor issue, KARAVANSARAY hotel far exceeded our expectations!
