Excellent location with awesome view sea montagne I enjoy the sunset and sunrise we were lucky to be served with the friendly stuff of the hotel all of them without exception and the animation team are willing to help with a smile and for those who have children the hotel provides kids club too

Nice small hotel with very beautiful views , every evening you can watch sunset its very amazing Stuff of the hotel very kind and adorable with big smile in the face animation team always talk to you and try help you for everything . I recommend you this hotel because compared with the price it’s very good

I week stay end sept . The room was cramped & dark, the food as other reviews have said was awful , everything stone cold , very poor , we ate out every day, it’s a mile 1/2 walk to Turgutreis, lots of good places to eat there, we went mostly to Sultan Sufasi , 5star amazing food , and great prices, just fabulous ! We found the staff pleasant, had to ask for coat hangers (there was none ) and we got a few , otherwise living out our case , we had fresh towels every day but the room clean consisted of straightening the bed sheet , nothing else . The bed I have to say was very comfortable though . The shower is decent but overall the room felt very cramped (there was bunk beds in ours) my partner had a lamp at his side of the bed but no bulb so it was dark trying to get ready at night with just two other smaller lights. The balcony got no sun at all so things don’t dry in a day , we didn’t sit there ever . The loungers around the pool are very uncomfortable but the garden loungers are good 👌 the beach was cramped, run down, lots of loungers seen better days , this was a second holiday for us but I would’ve been gutted if this was the main one ! It’s advertised as 4star on love holidays , it’s a 3 star but as someone else said out of season it drops a star . Oh also Beware of the massage , we both got the scrub & massage , terrible lol , so bad it was laughable , they have NO idea what they are doing at all, my guy left the room at one point right in the middle , so we were £100 lighter for a horrible experience , the boat trip with Adim was decent tho, so if you decide like us to ignore the neg reviews at least go on that, you’ll prob be glad of half decent food. Take your trainers to walk , some coat hangers and coffee , if you like a decent cup in the morning , we won’t be back here, this is the first negative review I’ve ever wrote, just don’t want anyone else wasting their money!

Gosh where to start. If you are thinking of booking this hotel please don't, if you have already then take extra money to eat out and entertain yourselves. The hotel is so run down and the food is really bad, flies everywhere and quite a few people got sick. The owner when asked said the food was bad because the hotel is only a four star in season and out of season the quality drops to reflect the price. The best thing you can do is get on Adems boat trip, honestly fantastic, so much fun (don't bother with the rep, he is rude and overpriced) Reception staff were awful. Rude, laughing between themselves at simple requests such as asking for a late checkout and rolling eyes

The hotel closes 3 days before our holiday is due to end and they said they send us to the hotel next door which is a 5 star but now have only just found out that it has been cancelled now trying to send us further away. Bad management and bad owner, i would avoid hotel at all costs
