The property has got you covered with a ping-pong table, foosball table, several Smart TVs, lots of games and puzzles, and a serene deck with forest views from almost every angle! Pine Mountain Lake private community amenities include a lake with multiple beaches, swimming pool, golf course with clubhouse restaurant, archery range, kayaking, tennis, pickleball, and more. The Wolf Den in Groveland is 26 miles from Yosemite’s Big Oak Flat Entrance on Hwy 120. -- THE PROPERTY -- Come for all the fun of Pine Mountain Lake and stick around for the top-notch amenities featured throughout this spacious mountain cabin, the perfect place to relax and recharge with friends and family between outings! The Cabin can sleep up to 10 People. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Detached Game Room: Twin over Full Bunkbed and Queen sleeper sofa (there is no central heating or air-conditioning in this room and is not recommended to use in winter months, but is the perfect temperature in summer months) OUTDOOR LIVING: 2 decks, gas grill, outdoor dining area, forest views CABIN FEATURES: Open living area, Smart TVs are available in the living room, detached game room and master bedroom ready for you to login to your favorite streams. Ping-pong, foosball, board games, cards, and books are all available for the stay. KITCHEN: The kitchen is stocked and ready to prepare meals and includes a gas stove & oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A drip and pod coffee maker are available, along with a kettle for tea. A variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils, as well as flatware, placemats, dishes, drinking glasses, and wine glasses stock the cupboards. Additional appliances include: blender, toaster oven, crockpot, waffle maker and pressure cooker. BATHROOMS: Both the master bathroom and the second bathroom have a shower over tub. The detached game room has a half bath. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels and washcloths . Hand soap is provided, but guests will need to bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash. GARAGE: In the garage there is a full-size washer and dryer with a starter supply of laundry detergent. There are also beach chairs, a umbrella, paddle board, kayaks, bocce ball set, and much more to use and enjoy. The main house has central heating and air-conditioning, along with a wood burning stove. The detached game room does not have central heating or air-conditioning. There is a small heater, but we don't recommend using this room in the winter months. However, Lake Don Pedro is just 20-minutes away and perfect for a day trip with your favorite water toys! Remember, you can rent a sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat at the main Marina Beach at Pine Mountain Lake. During the busy summer months, guests aren’t allowed to park at the Marina, but there is nearby street parking . Guests can park at Fisherman’s Cove, the Lake Lodge, and Dunn Court beach. Water taxis will shuttle people between the beaches throughout the day, free of charge. General Rules: Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 11am. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am every day. No outdoor wood fires or fireworks are allowed per county ordinance. Confetti/glitter/etc is not allowed in or around the property. Clean-up after celebrations is not included in the cleaning fee. Guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean celebration debris. Because of allergies, smoking of any substance and pets are not allowed. Should the home have residual smells or evidence of violations, the security deposit will be forfeit.
