Just an amazing location with the Andes as a backdrop. Restaurant and wines were of a very high standard. Myra , the sommelier was very knowledgeable and introduced us to some interesting wines. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I chose The Vines to celebrate my 50th birthday with my wife. We had stayed at the hotel in 2018 and returned now. It was a dream. From the landscaping to the accommodations, including the activities and even Siete Fuegos, the hotel offers an experience that is both intense and balanced. The Andes landscape brings peace, calm, and contemplation. The climate is exceptional. The services and staff are helpful, kind, and efficient. I always hope to return.

Una experiencia unica. El hotel, el servicio, la gente y el paisaje todo superlativo. Conviene ir con todo organizado y para eso el servicio de concierge del hotel es perfecto. Si vas a Mendoza para hacer la ruta del vino esta es la mejor opcion.

This resort is a class act. The whole offer is excellent and we were well fed and rested. The team goes the extra mile if it is necessary. The Francis Mallman Experience was legendary! If I had a suggestion for the future, I would heat the swimming pool by 10 degrees. Otherwise, very little to add.

decepcionada, preço alto e serviço fraco
Caro demais para o fraco atendimento. Saimos cedo e voltamos de tarde apos o almoço e esqueceram de arrumar nosso apartamento. Hotel longe, dificil acesso, poucas opçoes de coisas ao redor e nao é nada de especial pelo preço absurdo que cobra. O restaurante tem comida boa mas deixa a desejar perto de outros do mesmo chef.

Um lugar muito bonito perto de excelentes bodegas. Restaurante com uma vista maravilhosa da cordilheira bom , ficamos um pouco decepcionados com a qualidade da carne quando comparamos com outros lugares. Piscina muito agradável porém sem aquecimento.
