吊牀有意思，酒店房間有特色，是可以去體驗一下的，集團還有米其林餐廳需要提前郵件預約，海灘在馬路對面酒店，很近無障礙。早餐就是常規的國外酒店，水果，奶，炒雞蛋，麪包，咖啡平平無奇，但那邊酒店早餐都一樣。

We stayed at Radhoo Tulum for our friend’s wedding in December, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to the incredible concierge team—Beatriz, Angela, and Ivan—who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. They were so attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind, making everything seamless. The free breakfast was another highlight of our trip—absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start each day. The property itself is stunning, peaceful, and immaculately maintained, with such a relaxing jungle vibe. We can’t recommend Radhoo Tulum enough and will definitely be returning in the future!

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at this hotel and we absolutely love it. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean, but also tastefully decorated and offered the highest level of comfort. The pool is also a special feature. I would like to particularly highlight the incredibly friendly and courteous staff. Whether at reception, in the restaurant or at room service - you really feel welcome and well looked after. Every question was answered with a smile and individual requests were dealt with immediately. Selzina made our stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is very good and has a sufficient selection of dishes, as does the restaurant. The location of the hotel is also perfect - very quiet, but there are very nice restaurants and shops nearby. The reception recommended many restaurants to us and even reserved a table straight away. We had a wonderful stay at Radhoo Tulum. We loved the jungle feel as well as being able to walk across the road to the beach whenever we wanted. The included breakfast every day was excellent, with a great selection of really tasty options. Our room had the hammock outside, great for laying in and looking up at the stars. The staff was friendly and helpful, even giving us a hand navigating some local bookings, such as an ATV to head into town. Our room was comfortable with great AC, with a good sized bathroom and the pool was a nice perk as well. We would stay here again.

What a gem. Great place to stay and enjoy the quieter end of Tulum, while walkable to the more bustling parts of Tulum. Breakfast is excellent. Not a continental breakfast, a proper made to order breakfast. Front desk is very helpful and super responsive. Just a WhatsApp message away. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with a beach bungalow feel to them. The beach access was wonderful at the sister property, Encantada, which was 50 feet away. It might be tougher to get beach chairs during peak season, but that was not our experience in late November. It was seamless and easy.

The people in this place is what makes it great Angela and Ivan were extremely nice and helpful they are really superstars in hospitality The room itself was cool but because the trees got bigger and taller (understandable) you cannot see the full view of the jungle Nonetheless the breakfast is amazing and the drinks were really nice I highly recommend to stay here and enjoy a few days The pool is fun, try to check out multiple places while your in tulum to really grasp the full experience Enjoy!

Stayed at the Radhoo for 3 nights with a group of friends and loved everything about it. The rooms are surrounded by nature and the hotel is conveniently located across from the beach which is like a 2 minute walk. There's a small drug store very close which makes it easy to pick up anything that you may have left behind. You can also decide to walk for 5 more minutes and get to their partner hotel NEST which has gorgeous beds on the beach. The breakfasts were so good and you could decide to go to the breakfast area or have it brought to your room. Agustin, Ivan and Teo were amazing during our stay whether it was at breakfast, at the bar or with recommendations for top restaurants close to the hotel or local spots in town. I can't say enough great things about them. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife & I booked Xela seeking a relaxing/upscale week-long stay and absolutely loved this hotel! What we liked about it: - It is located in South Tulum which is a bit quieter and perfect for those seeking the calmer side of Tulum. - You’re right on the beach, which has comfy sun beds cabanas. They also keep the beach very clean! - The property is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a chill vibe. - Staff is very accommodating, attentive, and above all friendly. - The complimentary breakfast included with the stay was delicious - full menu with delicious options (French Toast was amazing). - Complimentary valet parking which enabled us to rent a car and explore more of Downtown Tulum. 10/10 and would stay here again!

After 2 nights at Mezzanine in North Beach we arrived at Radhoo. Beautiful hotel. Our room was huge on the second floor with views of the large and quiet pool. It had a net off the front that was fun for a picture but pretty uncomfortable. Rooms are dim. Everything there is ecological. No plastic bottles, minimalist, etc. Each morning we had a huge breakfast including coffee, juice, yogurt, granola and an a full entree. Staying at Radhoo you have access to the beach club at Encantada and Nest. Encantada is pretty but very small. We absolutely loved Nest and would stay there for sure. Grounds were so pretty and excellent beach service. Here is another tip... We are early 50's and although we love the beach scene (Nest if actually very quiet) we liked going across the street where Radhoo was very quiet. If you want more action you need to head down the beach. We went to La Zebra one day which had more going on and I'm sure there are others. It may have been the time of year but the bar in the pictures was closed. No action at night.
