We had a wonderful week at Bespoke in July. Despite the seaweed at the time, we enjoyed the gorgeous pool, the many cenotes and went snorkelling with sea turtles. The service at this hotel is top notch and the vibe was very chill, which we were looking for. The suite itself was really a high end design apartment that even had it's own plunge pool and outdoor patio. My whole family really enjoyed this place and I'd recommend it.

What a fantastic place! The Bespoke in Tulum is truly a gem by the beach. From the moment you arrive, you’re immersed in a wonderful holiday atmosphere. Its location right on the stunning beach is absolutely perfect — waking up to the sound and view of the ocean is simply unbeatable. The rooms and apartments are incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with a warm, cozy touch. Everything feels comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your wishes come true — you truly feel welcomed and cared for. The food is another highlight: reasonably priced, tasty, and well-presented. You can tell there’s a clear focus on quality and detail. One truly unique experience: if you're lucky, you might witness sea turtles laying their eggs right on the beach in front of the hotel. A magical moment that made this vacation unforgettable. In short, The Bespoke offers more than just a place to stay — it delivers a complete and enriching experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and natural beauty.

Our stay at BESPOKE was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean everything was. The design of the hotel is stunning, and it felt like every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk—they even had beach toys available for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days even more fun. One of the biggest surprises? The burger from their kitchen was shockingly delicious—seriously one of the best I’ve had! The kitchen itself was very well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and we were also impressed with how well the dishwasher cleaned everything—a small detail, but it made a big difference during a family stay. The entire place was super comfortable for our family, and it really felt like a home away from home. I can’t recommend BESPOKE enough—we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Highly suggest staying here!

Beautiful experience - the staff was wonderful, great food options and the beach access was incredible! I would absolutely come back! I really enjoyed being in a quieter part of Tulum with really high quality and simple amenities. The ocean was so beautiful and I recommend the rooms with a beach view.

Service was attentive but relaxed, in true Tulum style. Our server was knowledgeable, laid-back, and clearly passionate about the food. Riky was the best! The moment you step into its candlelit, open-air space, the atmosphere wraps around you like a warm, tropical breeze. Rustic-chic decor, communal tables, and the soft hum of conversation set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

This hotel was absolutely incredible. From the rooms to the restaurant to the location—everything was impeccable. We brought our two small children and it was one of the most relaxing stays in all our travels. The staff were incredibly kind, the location is a slice of paradise away from the busyness of the city, and the food was the freshest and most delicious we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this place for a stay or dining out. Well done, bespoke!!

My husband and I, along with our daughter's family, two children ages 5 and 9, had a wonderful 6-night vacation at BeSpoke in mid-February. The hotel is as good or better than advertised in every respect. The staff, including Oziel, Paula, Papi, Emmanuel, Lucio, Mireya, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the intimate restaurant and bar on-site, especially our daily continental breakfasts: a feast of fresh juices, coffees, and foods, plated and served. The mood was tranquil and relaxed; the pools, grounds, and beaches beautifully maintained. The hotel is "off the beaten path," but that's what we loved about it. We rented a car, but would likely use the readily available taxis when we return for trips to the grocery store, off-site restaurants, and nearby cenotes. One of our best vacations ever.
