Place was nice and clean staff was friendly had a good time and easy access to anything needed

They were nice and easy to check in and very informative. Room was clean and fine

No hot water even after running water for 15 minutes. I could not shower because the water was completely cold. I chose the hotel because of the indoor pool advertised. When I arrived it was "under construction." False advertising. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they could not give me his name and he might be in the next afternoon.

We had booked the day before we arrived so after our long flight when we got there in the morning we could go straight into our room. Only to be told when we got there that we couldn’t check until 2pm, Even though we tried to explain to the guy in the reception that we had booked the day before he said no we have to wait till 2pm. So three hours later after waiting. We went to check in only to be told they couldn’t find our booking even though we had all the paperwork and evidence of our confirmed booking. We ended up waiting five hours for them to sort it out only to tell us that we do not have our room for the night. So we had to stay somewhere else for the night and went back the next day, as we had book for a week stay. We got into our rooms the next day with the help of the manager. One room only had cold to warm water in the shower. Also on our last nigh there we found a mice in one of our rooms. The receptionist the guy and the woman had no uniform, so looked messy and was unprofessional and they didn’t know what they were doing. Only when the manager came out after about three hours did the problems of the other customers and us started to get sorted.

Hotel overall appeared tired. Room was clean, but noisy air conditioner and auto airfreshener were noisy. Tub stopper was broken, Carpet felt like it had dried shampoo in it, kind of stiff. Breakfast was limited. We stayed more than one night due to the closeness to the hospital our family member was in . the Area was somewhat rundown

Great place to stay . I have stayed here twice and would stay again . Friendly staff .Full breakfast. Clean rooms
