Very beautiful place, there is a lot of things to do, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Valet staff can be a little more kinder and helpful. But overall the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. Good experience, would recommend staying in a beautiful place like this.

Super beautiful hotel! Definitely felt clean and sanitizer. My only hang up was 2 of the desk employees seemed to be annoyed. Other then that, I loved it. Right off the 10, super easy to get to.

Very good hotel! Very close to the school where the graduation ceremony is held, there are many restaurants in the street behind! The bed and sofa in the room are very comfortable and new! The desk is also very useful! The best thing is that the lights are bright and sufficient. I like the lamp holder of the cactus the most. It is super cute and special! Great recommendation! The room is ok with a park view and therefore rather quiet. However the breakfast needs some improvement. Food hasn’t been refilled as often and the waffle machine and yoghurt machine are not functioning well!

Everything was great except for a barking dog in a room close by, some children running in the halls, and someone pounding on their door to be let in because they forgot their card key, this was not the staffs fault, just people not being respectful of others. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, even the cleaning staff was friendly. The breakfast food was very good, prepared hot with the cook maintaining the food and keeping it clean. The rooms were very clean and they tidied up the room and cleaned the bathroom and brought in all clean towels and new toiletries. When we next visit Tucson, I will use this hotel again. There was a fitness room that had everything that most people would want, but we were too tired to use it.
