Hotels in Sapa City Center, TT. Sa Pa

I felt this was one of the best hotels in Sapa, Vietnam. It is located on a hill, so it has a quiet atmosphere. However, it is a short walk to the center, so the location is perfect. Not only the rooms but also the spa and other services are top notch. Don't miss the attached indigo shop. This is a hotel where you should stay for as long as your funds and days allow.

Cleanness is good. The view is straightly to sunplaza station. The staffs are super kindly and helpful. One bonus mark for breakfast, super supprise about its variable. Will comeback next time.

View from the Hotel's Balcony is awesome, we upgraded our room to get a Balcony view room & it came with such a reasonable price. The staff is so humble, friendly & helpful. Best part of the Hotel is Mono rail station to Mount Fansipan is just adjacent to this Hotel. Gr8 Experience there, probably the Best Hotel in Sapa. Definitely Next time I will opt for the same Hotel. Only thing is, they should add some options in their breakfast menu for Vegetarians. Worth a Stay 👍

I’m not sure if it was due to the travel period in winter, the pre-Tet festival season, or something else, but the hotel seemed to have fewer customers than expected. I didn’t see many travelers, and the room was only available starting at 2 p.m., which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff was very polite and spoke English well, which made communication easy. The room itself was average but comfortable.

Our stay was EPIC!!! the room was the best. It has balcony facing the Sapa centre. The service was good. The staffs was the best most especially Selena. she helped us a lot from booking our alpine coaster to finding us a driver going anywhere. They always give us tea in the lobby. The food was superb as well. Our breakfast didn’t disappoint us. All taste well. this hotel made our stay in sapa epic. and did I say the location was the best with near restaurants, massage and retail shops. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

the location just in the front of the sapa lake although it’s in the alley, amazing location only less than a minute for walking to the lake. friendly and helpful owner, nice building with clean room and some room has a spacious size. what i like is there’s a chimney in the lobby area that we can use every night. near to everything in Sapa because Sapa is just a small town.

I go to Muongtan Hotel a lot when I travel to Vietnam Today is Park Chang Muongtan Hotel Tomorrow is Park Nin Muongtan Hotel. Cheap and best value for money hotel is the best in Muongtan Hotel If you come to Vietnam, Muongtan Hotel is highly recommended

It was a comfortable place for a family of four. It had two king-sized beds and was clean and tidy. It was within a 10-minute walk to downtown Sapa, so it was a good location to walk around the lake. The staff spoke English and were friendly. They even helped me reserve a car to Lao Cai Station on the way back. It was a friendly and clean Sapa hotel.

We arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

The facility is old but well-maintained, and they were very kind to me. They upgraded me to a VIP room, so I was able to stay comfortably in a large space. Since it is a cheap price, you shouldn't expect quality breakfast and shower supplies. I didn't speak English well, but I was able to communicate without any problems using a translator app. The female staff was very kind. They kept my luggage after check-out, so I was able to tour the city comfortably.
