An average hotel in the area, nothing too special. Checked into our rooms with some family members and noticed issues with the rooms like dirty sheets, no safes, stains on the wall throughout one room and standing water in the corner of our bathroom. There are two restaurants onsite which is nice. One on the 2nd floor of the building and one outside of the front entrance. Both serves good food. The one by the entrance has Asian and American options while the one on the 2nd floor only has Asian dishes. The pool is nice and has an awesome view but also has warm water so not as refreshing after walking around in the heat of Vietnam. The stairways to get up there is a bit unusual so be careful if you have small children. Overall - good for 1-2 nights but not for an extended time.

we got nice view of Sa Pa from this hotel booked 3 rooms, came from Hanoi the bfast was good and the staff also kindness. even only 1 night, its closed to the city and to the cat cat village and fansipan. also many restaurants around it ……………………😀😃

The View Sapa boasts a stunning location with breathtaking mountain vistas, perfectly visible from our room's balcony. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, offering a decent variety. The temperature-controlled swimming pool added a touch of luxury. Conveniently, the Sapa station and market area are within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed a fun-filled and memorable stay.

Our room were bright and spacious..The bed is comfy as well as the pillows..We had a great view outside the window. Staff were polite and well mannered too..They also help booking a grab if you need it.. There were times,my husband and i sits in the lobby waiting for our friends and they served us cinnamon tea,love it🥰

We had a poor experience at this hotel. The location of the hotel is quite good actually, as it is not in the center of the city which is very loud and full of people. We booked a double superior Room and must say it was very dirty the day we arrived, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several days. The bathroom was full of hair and the sheets were also dirty. We can imagine the views are good, but it appears we were not lucky enough to get a room with views, as the only thing we could see from our room was a small trail, almost at the level of our room. The hotel is very noisy and we could hear everything happening from 6 a.m. onwards. The breakfast was also below average and lacked options, although juices were good. The staff was very nice and the guy at reception speaks very good English. They helped us book a tour to the rice fields and it was very good in general.

Arrived early from an overnight train as part of an almost self-guided tour. Receptionist couldn't speak any English and had no information on what my plans were. This is more the guide/company's fault but she was the first person I spoke to and I thought the hotel would have more of an interest in the tours they held rooms for. Reception felt dark and dingy, with boxes stacked up in the corner and not overly clean anywhere. Wouldn't allow early check in by any means unless I paid extra. So I was super tired and couldn't communicate and had no idea what was happening with my tour for the day. My basic tour itinerary said I could use a shower so I asked and asked again about this. Finally the message got thorugh and she pointed me down the hall. Didn't offer a towel or soap. Found my way and the showers were absolutely FILTHY. Hadn't been cleaned in a while and full of mosquitoes. I looked in the staff one and it was even worse. Even during my shower I heard the staff go in there and spit down the drain. Showers are also kind of out in the open to so you have to change in the wet area and nowhere to put your clothes. Not nice. Then I went over to the other area of toilets and the handsoap was empty and wet, USED handtowels were rolled up in the basket for re-use. Distrusting. When I asked for clean ones, the receptionist saw the dirty ones, left them there and didn't put any new ones out. Only good thing was the hairdryer available for use in there. My guide showed up and after a walk I returned with still no room. Once I decided to lay on the lounges in the reception area all of a sudden my room was ready. I feel like they realized they werent getting my money. Room was not as bad as the communal bathrooms. I expected the worse due to those but the room was much cleaner and tidier. Not great, but better. Shower did have signs of mould and the toiletries were visible old and repeatedly wet and dried. The positives of the room; quite spacious and bed was really big. Nice big window (looking to concrete wall) and comfy sitting area. Good choice of mini bar and nice cold fridge. Considering it is called 'The View' hotel I would have expected either the rooms or the front of the hotel to have a view which is not the case. Breakfast had a large selection of European and Asian food. Guy who cooks the eggs was rude but the night time server was polite and efficient.

I stayed here fortunately just for 1 night on my Viator tour in and around Sa Pa. The hotel has an open plan area rising through the whole building which made the restaurant where we had evening meal and breakfast soooo cold you could see your breath at times. Evening meal was ok but the breakfast offerings were just basic. Only 2 bain Marie’s had food in 1 with sausage pieces and the other rice, and stone cold chips on an open plate!DEFINATELY not up to a 4* standard. In my room there was a A/C - heater but even after getting maintenance in to check if it was working properly it still was not man enough to heat the room the max it got to was 18’ and definitely no heat in the bathroom. I did ask reception if I could have a second door entry card to leave the heat on, as when leaving the room without it the temp dropped to 12’ very quickly, however they refused….very caring customer service, again not expected in 4* I’m sure this is a wonderful place to stay when it’s warmer but for me on this occasion it was not a happy experience.
