Uno in the City - Luxury Serviced Accommodation

Enjoyed a three night stay in this very modern, comfortably furnished and well equipped ensuite room (containing just about anything you might require). Access to the building and room is much simpler using a smart phone. A minor drawback was the very low level of lighting in the corridor outside our room resulting in difficulty seeing the keypad to get in. Also the lack of a lift makes the accommodation unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Such a lovely and secure place to stay. So handy for town and Courts! Plenty of eating choices a stones throw away and a close by car park.

The start of our stay wasn't ideal as the room wasn't ready due to an unexpected alarm causing a delay in the room being cleaned. However, Lorena was very apologetic and notified us via text when the room was ready. When we did finally gain access to the room via keyless entry, our initial thoughts were of how lovely and bright the room was, including a modern shower room and a big bed! The room had everything we needed from a fridge to tea/coffee making facilities along with iron, board, hair dryer and straighteners. The shower was lovely but there was no shower gel in the fitted containers. Despite that, I could have stayed in the shower for ages! I would highly recommend this stay for those on a short city break. It was a short walk to the city centre and all the amenities. It was a 13min walk from the train station and a 1min walk to the Hall for Cornwall (where we watched a show). There are no breakfast facilities but plenty of places to go and have a breakfast and coffee.

We stayed here for one night to go to a show at HfC. We couldn’t have been much closer - it was ideal. We got in easily due to great communication from Lorena and on entering the room it was exactly as expected. All furnishings and accessories were of a very high standard, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Will definitely use it again.
