The Royalton Grenada is not a "luxury resort". Shame on Marriott for not providing the people at this property with the resources needed to mange what they are advertising. There is no system for tracking guests needs/requests other than sticky notes, the hallways of the buildings were never cleaned well, with garbage and room service remnants left for days, you can't make reservations at any of the restaurants and the concept of customer service overall is non-existent. We also had what seemed like a food poisoning outbreak during our weekend where half the guests were sick.
