Motel 6 Troutdale, or - Portland East

Their A/c is off until the end of may when its 92 plus degrees outside the pool was closed it did not mention either of these things when booking and their appliances "are being replaced". The attendant did her best but she was crying when we got there the locals who live in the hotel were upset things had gotten bad as well. no screens on the windows but were told to open them up for the air. was there all of 10 mins and left to a much better place.

Let's start with the location. It's conveniently located right off highway 84 which is very easy to get around with plenty of fast food chains right next door. The bad things with this motel 6 are the location and the super thin walls. There's an active train track within 75 feet of the rear rooms. You can hear and feel every train that goes by. The train traffic is very busy all night and early morning. It vibrates the bed and shakes the fixtures in the room. I have no idea how anyone can sleep with this level of noise and shaking all night long. I could hear full conversations in the rooms next to and above me while I was wearing ear plugs to stop the noises. Never again will I stay here. Pay the extra money for somewhere better.

Next to a busy highway, and I am very sensitive to noise. Which makes it hard for me to fall asleep. Room is not very sound prrof. Also, air conditioning was not working and the room was so hot at night. No circulation. The water coming out of the slow is really small.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was clean, although there was a strong odor of pet urine in the bathroom. I requested spray and maybe Fabuloso. Was told they would send someone and they never did Other than that I would recommend.

None of the rooms had a working air conditioner—the AC was completely nonfunctional. The staff informed us that their system is very old and will take time to replace, so please be cautious before booking. The male staff member at the reception was not helpful at all. Overall, the rooms were not very clean.

Was told it had certain things like microwave and mini fridge but they had nothing. Paid for 2 rooms and one tv didn't work had to get a different room cause they had no maintenance available

Air conditioning was blowing mostly hot air. Other than that it was a solid stay. Close to the highway!

This place does not have air conditioning, but the room is really cool. Staff is great there and parking is amazing.

Room was dirty, food/drinks all over the desk, hair and dirt all over the shower, no air conditioner.
