I would rate this budget hotel 2/5. The location is its main advantage, conveniently situated close to key attractions and transportation. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was poor, I was charged twice for my stay, and the refund process takes time. Luckily trip.com helped me to liase, and I received reply from hotel very soon. I can see hair in sink and stain on pillow case when i juat entered the room. For a budget hotel, the price was extremely high and did not match the quality of service or facilities provided. The rooms were basic and lacked amenities, making it feel overpriced and not worth the cost. While the location is excellent, the subpar service and lack of value for money make it hard to recommend this hotel. There are likely better options in the same area at a more reasonable price.

Easy to arrive the hotel and near the Tromso Mcdonald and the sea

The hotel is located at the city centre which is convenient for visitors. Also the room are clean and comfortable.

The service is excellent. I had reached early morning and the staff was helpful to take care of the luggage. The location is excellent, it is near the main walking street. Room is well equipped with the necessities for the stay. The seating capacity at the lobby allows people to mingle as well. Overall a great stay.

located in CBD, with all amenities nearby, good aircon, comfortable bed, good sound insulation, except when there is music in some bar. kick scooters ryde are available everywhere. Since my last visit 10 ys ago, there has been a lot of positive developments, public transport is good as well as some real estate investment and all that goes with it in the area.

I am so glad to stay at Comfort Hotel Tromso. All the staff are very friendly. Walking distance can reach the northernmost McDonald’s in the world, at city center & nearby supermarket. The room is clean and tidy.
