Everything and I mean everything about this hotel is 5 star My wife and I reserved this hotel because we were looking for a small hotel in city. We reserved a room.for the week with map (modified american plan). We arrived a few hours early. The security guard and receptionist both welcomed us by name. From the moment we arrived until we left, all the staff were extremely respectful, professional, courteous. Always ready to respond to all our needs and questions without being at all intrusive. Every detail was arranged ahead of time. We have never been to another hotel where my wife was treated with so much respect. The hotel is located at the top of the hill, our balcony had a view of entire city, with amazing sunsets everynight. I usually make a special mention for staff members who are special or spectacular. At this hotel it is unfortunately impossible. Every member of the staff here from manager to housekeeper has been amazing. It would honestly be unfair to mention anyone in particular. When not if, my wife and I return to Trinidad we will return to this hotel, without a doubt.

I visited the Hotel Mystique Trinidad La Popa for the very first time today and I was greatly impressed by the look, staff, service and food of this nice hotel. I just came to take a look but I liked it so much that I’m planning to stay at this hotel on my next visit to the city of Trinidad.

It always an excellent experience at the Mystique Trinidad La Popa by Royalton. I have been using this hotel since it opened and it has always been great. The staff, the service, the room and the facilities are always very good. Definitely I will keep using this hotel.

The staff is wonderful, everyone is friendly and helpful Theres internet The breakfast was good The pool and the rooms are clean The beds and pillows are nice The vibe of the whole hotel is great, modern The view is great Sometimes the water pressure in the room was low, and there was a short period of time where there wasnt electricity, but it didn't bother us The staff let us know about the issue on time and how long it will last Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel

The hotel and all their staff have not only been welcoming, efficient, friendly and simply fantastic. From the service desk, the representatives are excellent at helping all clients as promptly as possible. The hotel is very clean, room service is wonderful. If you need anything (food, towels, or other necessities). The staff will attend to your wishes. The bars and restaurant service is exquisite, friendly and very polite. Our concierge attendant made certain that all our needs would be satisfied. Today, we learned our flight would be postponed for an extra day which isn't breaking my heart in the least. The pool is clean, the weather is great. I would recommend this resort.

A very nice hotel, exceptional service and super professionals. The pool was wonderful and the gastronomic service was great. The rooms with views, the manager David looked after us very well, very friendly and helpful and the receptionist maneger Lisette is very nice and wonderfull person, i will be back for sure, the shop assistant Angely is very professional and friendly. Highly recommended! Come and you will not regret it.

The best accommodation in Trinidad. One of the best buffets for cuba. Right behind the hotel is the nightclub inside Trinidad's most famous cave. An authentic stay and a great place to spend time. The pool area is enjoyable. The interior of the rooms is useful. The service and attention will never let you down.

This was a super cool hotel. It had fabulous atmosphere, everything was clean and showers were great. The pool was amazing. Staff was great and the drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. There's a great view of the city and sunset as well. Did not want to leave!

This hotel deserves all my respect. From the beginning they treated us with kindness and respect. They gave us all the information we asked for. The food is great and the pool makes you want to stay longer. The best thing about the hotel is its great view in which we appreciate the city so beautiful that only for a while is it capable of making you feel in another world.
